A very long winded, drawn out repair. The engineers are a mixed bunch, one who needs some serious Customer Service training! 6 months from our initial phone call we have a repaired sofa.

Arrived as stated on phone call
Did job quickly and efficiently and answered our questions
The replacement seat cover fitted well and blended exactly with the sofa
Only criticism would be had to wait 15wks to receive the seat cover and suggested we could fit when undoubtedly a job for a technician

Recliner sofa failed. Technician visited but we were subsequently told that spare parts couldn't be sourced. A local firm has just fitted a new control button (had a bag full in his van). Diagnosed and fixed in 20mins!

Technician was 5*. He know how to remove the stain and gave tips as to how to look after the table to help prevent future issues.

Waiting for a replacement door for our wardrobe. Updates & reminders throughout the waiting period. On the actual date of the door being replaced, they arrived within the given time slot & the job was completed in about 10 minutes. Great service from start to finish.

Getting appointments not good took over a month for assessment and then another month for the repair to be done .
On the other hand the technician Mark was brilliant, friendly and good at his job.
Can actually use the chair again.

Everything was excellent, we in fact didn’t think our cat damaging our suite would be covered but glad to find that it was.

The company took the trouble to ensure that I got the service required by sending out another technician for a second opinion when the first was unable to solve the problem. I am grateful for that unquestioning response to my dilemma. The sofas are restored to their original condition.
