Sofa repair
We had some damage to our sofa. I filled in the online form, complete with pictures. The replacement part was sent to us and we booked an engineer visit. The engineer arrived on time and did a great job. The sofa looks like new again.

People who automatically revert to defender position should not be in a position of dealing with customer complaints impartially.
