I spent 1 week in the USA and was shocked to see that while my phone showed all the major USA networks (AT&T, Verizon etc.), Spusu failed to connect to any - auto and manual.
Not only did I not have a phone for a week, this also meant I lost access to my bank accounts, uber and all online transactions, as most rely on SMS verification.
What a nightmare. This absolutely impacted my holiday. I was forced to go 'old school' and use cash as it is far too risky to give a 'card' to many suppliers. For safety I stick to digital cards or paypal online. Spusu's incompetence and refusal to keep their network 'current', left me absolutely abandoned and stranded.
Just as bad, they ignored my urgent emails and only responded AFTER they saw my UK mobile signal back on line.
Very Disappointed Customer,

I recently migrated from EE to Spusu (same network). The first week everything was ok but now I can't make or receive voice calls. I contacted their support team on WhatsApp yesterday and still waiting for a response.
My partner also having the same issue.
Moved around different areas in London and voice calling doesn't work at all.
Not sure whether or not is worthy, considering to go back to EE.

Switched to Spusu on 13 May but have had to switch out again tomorrow. Where I work and live the signal for Vodafone and O2 are brilliant but for EE it’s between one bar and none.

Having been with Spusu now for over a year I cannot fault them. I gave it a go with a tablet SIM card first and couldn't fault it. So, I took the jump and transferred my main SIM card in. No regrets. I was on EE before and still the same speeds and signal.
I have since moved my work SIM card over and have had great experience with their customer support after accidently ordering an e SIM instead of a normal SIM card.

Informed sim would arrive in two days, one week later three emails informing Spusu that sim has not arrived, now currently without network, and still no response from Spuso.
Please avoid No Stars.

Had a fantastic service. The customer service advisors were superb and very helpful. I came over to Spusu from another well known provider the difference is non league football to world football champions. Their customer services has improved no end I am speaking from personal experience. Not like another provider customer service is non existent.

Spent hours pulling my hair out with ID Mobile’s ‘chat’ service. By contrast, called Spusu twice, they picked up quickly, nice guys, knew what they were doing and solved the problem in minutes. If you want to support companies that offer quick and effective customer service without automation/AI then pick Spusu

I transfered from Skymobile, the service was very quick for the transfer and the price was great.
found the signal to be patchy at times in around MK40 postcode Bedford area. Spusu use EE I thought it would be better than Skymobile. Having been an EE customer for over 20 years

Joined Spusu a few days ago as I checked the coverage in my area KT7 Surrey and it said excellent indoor and outdoor coverage 5g, 4g or if bad 2G.
My old number is set to switch over tomorrow.
I can't get a signal in my house or outside in the garden.
I walked up the road and again can't make any calls as signal drops in and out.
Isn't Spusu supposed to be using EE?
I thought it could be my phone so tried the SIM in my old phone and again same issue.
Can't get internet or calls.
Sat in my loft with my phone out of the window.
Again same issue. Have been trying all weekend.
Called Spusu from my wife's phone to cancel the portal of my old number but they couldn't stop it.
Basically tomorrow I have to wait for my number to transfer then get a paccode to change again to a different SIM contract with a different supplier.
Both Lebara(Vodafone) and Spusu(EE)don't work in KT7 Thames Ditton area so be warned.

The staff are so helpful and you speak to an actual person who knows what they’re talking about. So refreshing!
Got me sorted in a few minutes, on a Saturday lunchtime. Amazing service.
Jess was delightful dealing with a not a very technical lady.

Amazing customer service. Got straight through to a guy called Julian who was really helpful, straight to the point and sorted my issue out in minutes.
No waiting on hold or having to press this And that button. Really refreshing.
British speaking and not following a script and being past from person to person like with sky who then can’t help.
I’m am ordering my daughter an eSIM and going to recommend to family. Amazing service.

Original review:
I called up to order a replacement SIM after my phone broke and it was the best customer experience I've ever received. There was no listening to an automated voice and pressing keys, I was connected straight to a person in less than 30 seconds. I provided my information and the SIM was ordered. The whole call was less than 3 minutes. I'm so impressed.
Update:
I never received the replacement SIM.

Changed to them from my existing provider but unable to connect to their network. Unable to call them to rectify so I used their whatsapp service to message them as well as email. Every single message has simply been ignored

Ben, the Spusu customer service rep was brilliant; knowledgeable, friendly, clear and helpful

Dealing with SPUSU has been my best ever experience with any utility company and that experience goes back many years. Calls are answered quickly, agents are helpful, friendly and know their business.
My two SIMS were sent out quickly by first class mail. Bear in mind that Royal Mail are currently only delivering 76% of first class mail the next day against a target of 93%, this will affect every digital business to some extent.
