Got 1 of 2 packages in a timely manner. The 2nd package was stuck in their system for 10 days before finally getting delivered today.
On day 7 I went to the facility as some have been successful at getting their package. They said it was sent to the wrong sorting facility so I would have to wait.
I had also sent them a couple of delivery instruction updates to request the package not be delivered on a Sunday because my packages go to a UPS store. Guess what, they delivered it anyways and just left it out there. I had to leave an event in hopes the packages would still be there. Fortunately it was, after 3.25hrs.
They have no customer service except for a chat bot, they are probably tired of getting complaints for their crappy service. After being around for a few years you would figure they would have their act together. Pray that you never get this company as your last mile service. It seems to be more miss than hit.

No response on the tracking updates built into Amazon Japan
So today I decided to plug in the tracking number into the ecms global website……..and there I saw it……. Speedx shipping.
Why didn’t Amazon Japan update me LIKE WHATTTT

Dont even bother with this company man. My package is 12 days late. I got a message claiming to be them telling me the address of the house that I've lived at for 23 years is wrong! The hell it is!
I called their support number multiple times, I get an immediate "Announcement: No one is here to take your call. Goodbye." And it hangs up right after!! Where the heck is my package that I spent money on for item AND SHIPPING????

Would give a negitive stare if I could. Every time a company uses SpeedX the package is either very, very late or they loose the package and I have to play the game of getting a refund. I have blocked them as a delivery service.
Worset company. Only has a AI Chatbot. Never responds to email.
I am reporting them to the BBB!
If a company uses them for delivery I will order from somewhere else!

Ridiculous. I ordered a package and the sender used speedx.io. They delivered to the incorrect address, even though I checked and my address that was on there was correct. I then contacted them and received no reply. I have tried twice now and have received no additional help. My package is stuck at the Bankstown holding factory. Hopefully they eventually get back to me, but it's been 20 days so I'm not that hopeful. Otherwise I might have to file a formal complaint to the ACCC against this company. If my stuff doesn't make it, hopefully I can stop the same thing from happening to someone else. If anyone doesn't receive help, I reccomend filing a complaint. The ACCC will take notice if no actions are used to rectify.

They’ve made a delivery attempt and left with my package (idk why they wouldn’t just leave it at the door) never even came on the so called redelivery date , never even tried. Getting in contact with them is horrible. you literally can’t speak to anyone and no one can help you with the package THEY lost. it’s so crazy how they get away with not delivering SO many packages…. I absolutely hate this company.

I would give zero starts if I could. Their delivery staff just throws the packages on my driveway instead of dropping them off at the front door. I am lucky that a passerby has not yet stolen my packages.

My package has been showing "Out for Delivery" for approximately 7 days, yet it keeps ending up over two hours away in a different state, seemingly back at the facility each time.
To make matters worse, this company doesn't have a customer service phone number, and every email response comes from an AI bot that simply repeats, "Your package is out for delivery."
After reading countless negative reviews and seeing news reports about this company, I'm honestly starting to question whether it's a legitimate shipping service. This experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.

Worst delivery company ever, we have a business which freight goods world wide and domestically. SpeedX have held our delivery from AliExpress for over three weeks at their local depot without explanation or notification.
If ordering online check if the seller is using SpeedX if so don’t buy.
Hopeless service, hopeless communication if I could have given a negative star rating I would have.

The drivers a lazy . They throw your package in the yard . They dont deliver your packages to your door if you have a gate .They tell you they had no access but they dont need access to delivery to my home .

Do not use this company for business. Companies need their product to function! Absolute worst shipping experience ever. What should take 2 days is now on day 4 and it's still barely moving in their system. I literally could have driven and picked it up in a day, and would have, had I known this. I tried to contact them to go pick it up at the hub it sat at for 3 days, but you only get AI to talk to. No human interaction. They avoid it because they know their service is horrible! I've let the shipper know not to ever use them for my products again. They shouldn't have the name SpeedX for sure! Pathetic.

This company has sent me a message on the tracking page and said that my package didn't have an apartment number, even though my proxy sent me the shipping label and IT DID. so unless they respond to my email or my review, this company is just unbelievable unprofessional..

I would rate 0 if i could your delivery service sucks for one my package was in Lansing Michigan out for delivery at 9 something in the morning on Friday and they never attempted the delivery untill 1:30am Saturday morning Lansing is not that big for it to take that long and i get a message at that time saying they attempted delivery but was unable to there is no reason they should not beable to deliver it i added an access code to delivery instructions and they did not buzz in i am beyond pissed as this is the second time i have had this same problem they dont deserve to even be a business especially since they dont even have a customer service phone number wich is rediculous

I have been waiting since 9 am for my package and it is now 10:20 pm and still no package. I had no issue with them before, until today. I do not think I will order online again, especially from Temu unless it is through someone who does not use speedx. It is time to check out the stores in the area for the best items and prices. I travel by bus, but I will do that and be in control of my shopping experience instead of being trapped all day when I have other things to do. This is an insult.

Driver parked in my driveway which I’m fine with but then proceeded to drive over my grass and while backing out and broke my in ground sprinkler head. I watched him doit, I watched him look back at the damage then drive off. Got in my car chased him down and he pretended to speak no English and said I’m mistaken . I am so upset with this company. They owe me like 20 packages they must be stacked up. Why won't they deliver my packages? I contact them everyday they've even emailed me several times saying that they were going to deliver them. Then they don't deliver them. I'm 9:35 Main Street Unit 12 Tewksbury Mass. I'm going to make a police report soon because they stole my packages by not delivering them. Unless I get a response and they deliver these packages within the next week I'm making a police report. I spent a lot of money on these packages points that I've lost this company's cost me a lot. Items that I can't order again because they're not in stock. They're completely unreliable. I've never seen such a horrible delivery company in my life. And why would they say delivering them when they don't? They've been to my address many times and delivered packages before but all the sudden they just stop delivering to me out of nowhere. Maybe a police report will get them to deliver my packages I know that they're in their warehouse. I think everybody should do the same they're stealing our packages. By keeping a packages and not delivering them that's male theft especially 20 packages that they owe me. How can they not see 20 items or more? If they're that busy where they can't see piles of packages from one address piling up. then they shouldn't be delivering anything to anybody. And the funny thing is is my packages are a few towns away from here. I have a lot of tracking numbers but I can only put one they owe me many packages.
