I have been texting the AI chatbot miles for days now trying to get someone to reach out to me I never get a live agent and I haven’t received one email about my situation and it keeps on giving me ticket numbers. This is so frustrating I keep trying to escalate to a supervisor as well I need my package to arrive on time before I leave in a couple days and I paid extra for a faster delivery. They have attempted to deliver to my address and have problems so I wanted to update my instructions but the chatbot won’t even accept that. The ticket number I received was 410223. I need my package delivered or I need somewhere to pick it up from or I will be reporting this company has terrible service. I’ve gotten packages shipped from speedx before and it’s been the same issue.

This is the worst company I've ever seen. I ordered a lot of stuffs , and this company delivered my order to the wrong adress, I've never received my order. And no one can assist you, there's no phone number to call, to get assistance .

Horrible ! I was home the whole day they delivered my package stating front door with pictures and all. It was left downstairs at the lobby. My point is if there’s an apartment number why is it so hard to go up to a persons door and deliver it there!! Must do the job correctly. My package is no where to be found now ! As soon as I seen where it was left I automatically went downstairs and no package. Also if it says delivered why it took an hour for the carrier to send me a notification of my package being delivered.

Ordered an item online and SpeedX was the carrier that the company used. I got notified that the package was shipped 5/12 and then when I used the tracking number noticed it was at a SpeedX location being processed 5/14. I figured I would have the package soon....nope. It stayed "processing" each day I checked. I tried reaching out to SpeedX to get an explanation as to why the processing is taking so long and did not get any explanation...oh and did I mention this was via a chat. They do not have a number to call which is a RED flag. I stopped checking on it and I went away on vacation. I came back, and decided to see check the status for a laugh. I saw that on 6/8 my package was finally delivered alright.....but TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. It was the correct address on the label but they dropped it off in the wrong town. If you enter my complete address in a GPS it does not take you to the home they delivered it to. I'm not even going to bother to saying anything. The person who received my package received a free gift. I did get a refund from the company where I ordered from which was good. Do not trust SpeedX. They are horrible.

They have lost 3 out of 3 packages of mine in the past month. How does this even happen? They should be avoided at all costs. I had to completely stop ordering from a company I love because their shipping partner started using SpeedX for their deliveries. They don't even have real customer service. The chatbot will ask if I want to talk to a customer service representative and then come back and say none are available, so I leave my email address and each time about a week later I will get a generic email that they are investigating it and then another couple days later I get an email that my package is lost and to reach out to the seller. It's the exact same message every time.

Instructions for delivery were clearly provided yet the delivery was still left improperly and unprotected, leading to the package being stolen. Additionally, when trying to report this to SpeedX, their AI prevents any form of real customer service and instead seemingly creates a ticket that has yet to be followed up with even after several days.

My package has been marked as failed delivery multiple times, which makes no sense because the package only needs to be left at my front door. After seeing repeated failed delivery updates I stayed home this morning specifically to make sure I didn’t miss the driver. No one came to my house, no vehicle even drove by, and yet the tracking was updated to another failed delivery around 7:40 AM. At this point I’m frustrated because it doesn’t seem like an actual delivery attempt is being made.

This company seems almost like a scam. I purchased parts for a job from ebay seller that shows close to me in USA. Speedx says it was picked up in NJ and it would be delivered by Saturday. They claim they showed while we are closed on sunday and it is now a 3 day wait to come back. this is the third time a seller shows ups or usps and then ships speedx. I think from china and it is delayed. they have no phone the chatbot can never update or offer help. security footage shows no one pulling into the property when they claim. Ebay needs to put a stop to this if I had time to wait I would have ordered from China. The last person pulled in asked who I was I said who are you they would not tell me until I gave them my name .they then said here is a package and took a picture of holding it. No marking on the car they have nothing with speedx on it like shirt or id sighn on car. Very sketchy from the driver that looked like they just got out of prison to not even knowing the name of who they are delivering for without looking at package. the pattern is in my opinion give a false location to show shipped then say they tried to deliver after a week then deliver when it gets here from china.

If I could give negative stars, I definitely would. Yesterday and today, SpeedX claimed they attempted to deliver to my home. On the Shein app it wasn't delivered because "no one was home to accept it" yet on their worthless website, it states "no access" Neither of these are true. There were people home and our gate was wide open BOTH days. So, both days failed delivery then it goes right back to the warehouse in Kent, WA which is nothing but a gray building with a completely empty parking lot on Google maps. I tried contacting Shein who pushed me off to SpeedX who was just nothing but a AI chat bot that only talks in circles. Complete waste of time. So, I filed with PayPal to get a refund. I don't recommend using these frauds as a carrier or shopping with anyone who uses them. ➖️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

if you are planning on ordering off a app that uses speedx as a delivery service, DO NOT order from there. my package was unsuccessfully delivered 3 times even though my address was correct. i contacted them over 5 times and no one helped and now i got updated that my package was disposed because they damaged it. SpeedX is not a good delivery service to rely on.

Company straight up lied about "attempting delivery 3 times" - they didn't even attempt it once. Now my package is in a warehouse over 90 minutes drive from my house and they refused to reschedule the delivery. How is this even legal??

This company is as bad as imile...rubbish chinese courier companies that thrive off multiple missed deliveries. Have emailed speedx as per chatbot instructions and received nothing back. AI chatbot useless. Asked to leave the package at the letterbox and give authority and as expected a 3rd missed delivery today. Have referred this company onto the office of Fair trading. If your are buying anything...don't buy unless delivery by Australia Post. These rubbish courier companies are unprofessional.

Unprofessional and horrible communication. My package has been out for delivery since 16 June and I have no updates or means to contact them to schedule or expect to have my package delivered. I ordered specialty clothing items from Japan for a ceremony and paid express shipping only to not have my order delivered/fulfilled. I wasted my money and now have to scramble to find new clothes for my family. I’ll end up having to process a charge back because I have opened several customer inquiries and no one has contacted me back from speedx. I will also report them to BBB.
