I have been waiting since 9 am for my…

I have been waiting since 9 am for my package and it is now 10:20 pm and still no package. I had no issue with them before, until today. I do not think I will order online again, especially from Temu unless it is through someone who does not use speedx. It is time to check out the stores in the area for the best items and prices. I travel by bus, but I will do that and be in control of my shopping experience instead of being trapped all day when I have other things to do. This is an insult.

Guy saw exactly what he did and just didn’t care.

Driver parked in my driveway which I’m fine with but then proceeded to drive over my grass and while backing out and broke my in ground sprinkler head. I watched him doit, I watched him look back at the damage then drive off. Got in my car chased him down and he pretended to speak no English and said I’m mistaken . Got everything on Video so I’m gonna email it over. Terrible company

I wanted 1 order to test this product…

I wanted 1 order to test this product and I keep getting shipments that I did no approve. This and every thing they do should be illegal. I want to stop these shipments and sen back the first because they do not help loose weight. Terrible company.

I am so upset with this company

I am so upset with this company. They owe me like 20 packages they must be stacked up. Why won't they deliver my packages? I contact them everyday they've even emailed me several times saying that they were going to deliver them. Then they don't deliver them. I'm 9:35 Main Street Unit 12 Tewksbury Mass. I'm going to make a police report soon because they stole my packages by not delivering them. Unless I get a response and they deliver these packages within the next week I'm making a police report. I spent a lot of money on these packages points that I've lost this company's cost me a lot. Items that I can't order again because they're not in stock. They're completely unreliable. I've never seen such a horrible delivery company in my life. And why would they say delivering them when they don't? They've been to my address many times and delivered packages before but all the sudden they just stop delivering to me out of nowhere. Maybe a police report will get them to deliver my packages I know that they're in their warehouse. I think everybody should do the same they're stealing our packages. By keeping a packages and not delivering them that's male theft especially 20 packages that they owe me. How can they not see 20 items or more? If they're that busy where they can't see piles of packages from one address piling up. then they shouldn't be delivering anything to anybody. And the funny thing is is my packages are a few towns away from here. I have a lot of tracking numbers but I can only put one they owe me many packages.

Scam company

10 days at their location…

The package has been at their location for 10 days. Several times, I received emails stating it was expected to be delivered that day, but it never happened. I can't talk to a human. Frustrated.

Failed to deliver 3 times

Failed to deliver 3 times, unable to contact anyone regarding this, ai chatbot useless, unable to contact a human via email or phone number I know the address is right but every time it's a different excuse. Ordered to a business and they're trying to deliver Sunday, also not letting me update delivery address to make sure it's delivered

Worst delivery company ever.

Where do I even start? I have placed three Vinted orders and all of the sellers used SpeedX. The first arrived after far too long and was left on a fence post out in the open in full view of the road. There was no reason the driver couldn't bring it up to the house, it was fully accessible. The other two after being dropped off at pick up locations both were scanned as pick up failure due to incorrect address. I attempted to contact SpeedX but was only able to use the chat bot as they do not make it easy to find contact information. The chatbot told me the address on the parcel and I was able to confirm that the address provided was correct, yet both parcels still had pick up failures and incorrect address was given as the excuse each time. After a while I did get an email from a person but even then I felt like I was talking to a revolving door. No matter how many times I confirmed my address and explained the situation nothing changed. One of the two parcels has now been delivered and as you can probably guess the address printed on it was correct. I fail to see how it scanned as incorrect several times but then suddenly was accepted. The second parcel I am still chasing after and this has now been going on for 13 days. I have received several more emails from SpeedX saying they will look into the matter and they understand how frustrating it is (i really dont think they do) and have told me several times to sort it out with the merchant despite my explaining that it is no longer in their possession as it was dropped off at a pick up point. At this point im tired of dealing with this, neither myself or the seller should be left dealing with their failure to recognise an address that has existed for almost 40 years. I will not be buying from anywhere that uses SpeedX going forward.

Update as of 06/30/26
There has been no further pick up attempts since 06/19. I have received an email 25 days after my item was shipped informing me that my package is now lost despite apparently having never left the drop off location.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. This company falsifies tracking information and that is mail fraud. My packages state failed delivery twice even though #1 I have cameras on my porch and the status was changed at almost midnight. #2 it said the package way delayed and then 30 minutes later stated again failed delivery attempt after midnight. My guess is my order has been stolen by them at this point.

SpeedX is an absolute HOLE for customer service.

They tried delivering my package to an AusPost Parcel Locker, FAILED then scheduled ANOTHER delivery attempt to the EXACT SAME ADDRESS without contacting me to try and change the invalid address.

Was this flagged in the system or did the poor delivery driver find out as he was looking at the parcel lockers ?

If it was flagged in the system beforehand for invalid address why haven't i been contacted to change the address?

If the delivery driver knew it was a parcel locker why wasn't it communicated to Head office (or head garage)

Why wasn't ANYTHING communicated apart from failed or invalid address? Why is it so hard to reach out and communicate with any representatives from your company? Are you not proud of the company that you hustle money for?

You deliberately hide behind broken (and i mean b r o k e n), automated chatbots that loops people and provides zero value, because you know you have the worst service in the industry and want to avoid accountability.

If it turns out SpeedX is just one dude in a garage using AI and off shore support i wouldn't be surprised one bit.

It is entirely impossible to reach a human being to perform a simple address change and i can't believe i have to write a scathing review on a 3rd party website in order to garner ANY sort of attention from this company.

Outrageous and unbelievably frustrating.

Would rate 0 stars if possible. They delivered to a unit on the other side of the complex. The people who it was delivered to, were nice enough to bring it to me, but were convinced that I had their SpeedX package that they cannot find. They were getting angry at me like I stole their stuff. This company potentially put my family at risk bringing angry people to my door. What if I had to defend myself? Then what? Yall need to be shut down. On top of that, the proof picture has my package mid-air, indicating that they just threw the thing then snapped a photo. How are yall even in business?

Vinted seller

Vinted seller - SpeedX never picked up packages from drop off point .
3 packages never got delivered and lost commission and 3 negative reviews on Vinted site, and buyers were not happy.

Totally unprofessional customer service.
Going forward will cancel anything shipped with SpeedX.

They keep "attempting to deliver" but…

They keep "attempting to deliver" but "can't because they're unable to" but I live in a house with a front porch. Just on a regular street in New York. There is literally no reason they couldn't leave it at my door. There's also ZERO customer service or phone number or email. Should be illegal tbh.

Would give zero stars if I could

Would give zero stars if I could. My package was out for delivery twice and they said they could not access my delivery address even though I gave very specific instructions and there is someone who expects packages working 24hrs. Speed x has not helped at all or provided an explanation. Pretty sure they are committing fraud by telling me my address is not accessible so they do not have to deliver my item. I don’t even know what facility my package is at now, either linden NJ or Burlington County.

The Most Useless Courier in the World

Very bad delivery courier. One of the lowest quality and laziest delivery service I've had to deal with for my AliExpress deliveries. It's an absolute pain having to provide the instructions in EACH delivery to their dumb bot from their website. All it has done is delay every single package. Despite having a CLEAR delivery instruction on my access code in AliExpress, they ignore it. Unlike all the other couriers. The epitomy of the most inefficient business ever. I hope this company ceases.

Worst logistic company ever!

Worst logistic company ever!! For two days my package was "Out For Delivery," then moved to "Delay in Transit" so it had never made it to my area. The chatbot is useless and although I requested support via email it never occurred. I have informed the shipper I will NEVER order from them if they use this joke of a shipping last-mile company.

Multiple false delivery attempts and no driver ever even shows up

Had a package shipped from California to Ohio and the seller used SpeedX who I never heard of before. The package sat in California for about a week at their depot. It finally made it to their sorting and delivery hub in Ohio and sat there for another 3 days doing nothing. FInally it said "out for delivery" but shortly after that message I received another message stating "unable to deliver - Adult signature required" . This happened 3 times and I'm home all day and a driver never showed up at my house. My NEST cameras proved that as well. They have no support except a crappy AI tool that asked me if I had the POD photo of when the package was delivered. How the heck could I have that when the package was never delivered. Total worthless company. I'm not sure how they stay in business. They have one job. Pick up a package and deliver it and they can't even do that. I now ask sites I order from not to use SpeedX. If I find out they do I order from a different vendor. Package has still not been delivered and probably never will.

Terrible service and creepy drivers

Just had a package marked undeliverable because of an adult signature was required. The thing is I was home all day and no one even attempted to deliver. Rescheduled my package for 4 days later. I paid for fast shipping and now I have to wait another 4 days!? This isn't the only bad experience I've had with them. I tried support and my wait ticket time to talk to an actual person is some astronomical number. On top of that the delivery drivers are creepy and do not speak english. They will also spam call your cell phone to ask your address which so unprofessional. Avoid this delivery service at all cost. TERRIBLE and they dont care.
