They don't ever deliver

after waiting a week for a package that was supposed to take 3 days according to the shipper, It was eventually out for delivery. Then it was out for delivery again the next day and the day after (a Sunday). Now its Monday and no package, no attempted delivery and no expected delivery date anymore.

Their AI 'chat' is useless. The shipper who sent the product won't issue a new product since SpeedX shows it in their system as "in transit" even though it went from out for deliver to now "issue reported" and they sent my package from my town (supposedly) to a city that is over an hour away.

If I was shipping items, I wouldn't use this joke of a service because now I'm a pissed off customer both with SpeedX as well as the merchant that chooses to use the.

First let me say

First let me say. Speedx is one of the WORST shipping companies ever. The couriers are LAZY. They don't take care of the packages they have in their possession. It is ALWAYS a issue with delivery they claim packages has attempted to be delivered when cameras say differently, they also leave packages anywhere, never where they should be left.. However, I feel that Temu and Shein should be to blame also because they're the one using this HORRIBLE company. I feel us as customers have loyalty to them, but they have zero loyalty to us as people.

SpeedX repeatedly falsifies delivery attempts at the Miami/Doral hub

SpeedX claimed three early‑morning “delivery attempts” between 5–6 AM, but no driver ever came, no call or message was made, and my building is accessible 24/7. These were not real attempts — just scans. Immediately afterward, SpeedX pushed the package into return processing without giving me any chance to receive it. Support later confirmed the return and said nothing could be done.

This isn’t an isolated mistake. The Miami/Doral facility has a clear pattern of marking fake attempts and auto‑returning packages. It wastes customers’ time, causes unnecessary returns for sellers, and shows that SpeedX is not providing the delivery service they are paid to provide. Completely unreliable and should be avoided by both buyers and merchants.

Update: SpeedX later contacted me and claimed there were “three delivery attempts,” but their own timestamps show the driver scanned “out for delivery” and “failed attempt” within minutes at 5–6 AM, with no call, no visit, and a fully accessible building. They also admitted their support gave me incorrect information about the package being returned. The contradictions only reinforce the pattern of false delivery attempts at the Miami/Doral hub.

Have not received my delivery in 2…

Have not received my delivery in 2 weeks. Package is in the facility in Flower Mound, Tx. since June 4th and today is June 14th. The package haven't had anymore scans that shows it is out for delivery. This is a package for my daughter who needs it for vacation that we are leaving for on the 20th. Six days from now. I would not suggest anyone use this company for shipping it seems not to be a reliable delivery service

I have been trying to find out why they say my package is undeliverable for 2 days. No response and the bot for customer service is useless. The company I ordered from will not ship a new item unless it is marked as lost.
Unfortunately I will not buy from that company again as long as they use this shipping service

I haven’t gotten my package and on SHEIN it says different updates and the only update on SpeedX is June 09, it’s horrible they keep going back and forth for delivery and my package is late, there’s no customer service lines just stupid AI and barely any support. The email doesn’t even work I emailed never got back to me.

If you want a deliver company that…

If you want a deliver company that delivers packages, takes photos for proof and then steals the packages, then use Speedx for expeditiously stealing your packages before you even receive the delivery text notifications. If your package was delivered, it meant that the delivery person massaged the package and determined that the contents weren’t worth stealing. That’s why speed x waits until at least an hour has passed before sending you a text notification of delivery.

They claim no one available when they…

They claim no one available when they attempted delivery. Zip code for my area holds 4 cities, and they couldn't deliver it because it didn't have the city listed where the actual post office is located. It is 6/13 and they have not updated delivery information since 6/6. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME I'VE HAD ISSUE WITH THEM. I will stop ordering from service company that utilizes them, and it's a loss to both business.

I had a package delivered by SpeedX…

I had a package delivered by SpeedX that had the wrong address (issue with the vendor) and was undeliverable. I reached out to SpeedX via LinkedIn and got an immediate response. They located the item and changed the delivery address. They then checked in with me twice and finally checked to confirm arrival of the package. It was excellent customer service!

This is the worst carrier ever

This is the worst carrier ever! They don’t update their statuses for days and then will send you an email (can’t ever talk to someone) saying it’s still in process but then send a follow up email saying it’s out for delivery. Package never comes and they send the same automated message again! I hope the people who hire Speed X thinks twice about using them again! It’s just bad customer service all the way around

SpeedX has been great

SpeedX has been great. They actually hit their delivery dates, so I’m not stuck waiting around, and they handle the packages with care—everything shows up in perfect condition. It’s just nice to have a service that’s reliable and doesn't stress me out.

Delivery driver left the wrong package

Delivery driver left the wrong package, knowing the tracking number belong to someone 30 miles away. Took a picture of the back of package not showing the address or tracking number. Then claiming that my package with my tracking number was delivered, which is false. I contacted SpeedX, explained what happen, said would look into this matter. Wrong package tracking #spxsea030212898622 for Gig Harbor address. Still have not heard back.

The delivery man so lazy he just throwing the parcel in the front yard. The gate is not locked . What they do just throw the parcel and run that lazy they are. And this morning I saw my own eyes. They just throw it. I'm just so furious. And he's reason he think the gate is electric without even trying to open how disappointing and disgusting.
