Based on my experience I would not…

Based on my experience I would not recommend this company if you want a fast result. I have to isolate for one week due to await test results.I have the result but can’t open the file due to technical issues??
WHY NOT SENDING US A PDF RESULT AS EVERYONE ELSE IN THE MARKET???
I will not use them again and would not recommend.
Perhaps it's worth paying a bit more to get this service.

Excellent

Excellent! 5 x PCR kits arrived by post on time, despite the disrupted Royal Mail service over the Christmas. I had to courier the kits to the lab due to the New Year public holidays (i.e. no postal collection/delivery) but this worked perfectly and the results were back the same day. Great value even with the courier charge!

AVOID -

We are now on day 6 and still no results. Apparently Royal Mail are being blamed for our results not arriving. Our order was with Source Bioscience and the pre paid label is supplied by them and you are instructed to use a priority post box by Source Bioscience no other form of postage. Thankfully we have done LFT's every day and are negative but... what if we had just waited and waited and waited.I have asked for a refund of £70 but have been told i cant have one as its Royal Mails fault not theirs . Will not ever use this company again.

I make a order on 29 December for my Covid test day 2 ! Today is 5 January and my test did not come! Yesterday was a day 2 to make my test ((( I do not recommend this company

Disappointed.

Disappointed.
Day 2 Tests were ordered 10/12/2021 for next day delivery so we would have them in our possession on our return (28/12/2021) thinking 1: it might be a problem posting it through our standard letterbox whilst away and 2: we want to do the test as soon as we arrive in Folkestone Eurotunnel and post to Royal Mail for faster results. Unfortunately, It was decided by Source Bioscience to deliver the tests only 2 days before coming home. As expected, Royal Mail tried to deliver when we were still abroad, postman did not try to post through letterbox and parcel was taken to local post office. I asked a friend to collect (emailed an authorisation to make things easier) but Royal Mail refused to hand package over to our friend. On our return 28/12/2021, we collected the parcel, done the tests and posted in priory mailbox same day. We only got results back 3,5 days later on 31/12/2021 @ 20.31 hours. We gave the review 2 stars because customer services were fairly quick and polite answering emails but all over the whole experience with Source Bioscience was very disappointing and stressful.

Super late and no customer service.

late. stranded at home cause the test came late and after posted the sample it has been a week and still not received the results.
There is no one to call and they don’t respond to emails.

Avoid these clowns.

Excellent customer service

I ordered both antigen LF tests and PCR tests for our recent trip to Mexico. They arrived without issue and the best thing was that they answered emails and kept me informed of delivery and results offereing excellent customer service even though it was a few days before Christmas and at a very busy time.

Well done Source Bioscience and Royal Mail.

Very pleased with Source Bioscience and Royal Mail. Arrived home 17.00 December 30th, kit had been delivered. Did the test and traveled to main sorting office, last collection was 19.30. Source Bioscience received kit at 8.10 31st December, and I had my result by 15.00.
Was then free to go out New Years Eve. Excellent service from both companies.

My husband and I did the Day 2 PCR test…

My husband and I did the Day 2 PCR test on 29th December and posted it the same day in the NHS Priority Post Box. We assumed the tests would be collected the same day and we would receive our test results before the New Year Bank Holiday.
We expected to receive our tests results within the stated 24 hours especially as we have paid for the tests.
What is the point in selling these tests if Source BioScience cannot cope with the demand.

Xmas saved, despite a worrying start

I ordered a PCR test kit when this became compulsory after one's return to the UK from abroad. Unlike some other providers, Source BioScience gave me the option to select a dispatch date. However, a few days later, my kit hadn't turned up and the website showed a yellow warning triangle in the Dispatch column. Panicking on the Friday afternoon before my departure on holiday on the Sunday, I eventually battled my way through the telephone menu options to speak to a real person at 4:45 p.m - and the office closed for the weekend at 5 p.m. The lovely lady to whom I spoke reassured me that I hadn't made a mistake in ordering, and said that the must have been a glitch in the company's systems. She promised to e-mail the Dispatch warehouse to send me a kit straight away. Dispatch e-mailed me within the hour to say that a kit was on its way. To my amazement, it arrived at 1 p.m. via Royal Mail on the Saturday - so less than 24 hours later - and I live deep in the country, so that was a really good service from the Royal Mail. I sent off the test on the Monday after my return, and got my results by e-mail on the Wednesday before Xmas. Fearing that things might go wrong, I'd felt obliged to cook & freeze meals for the 10 days after my return, so eating has been a little boring, but I felt that Source BioScience saved my Christmas, so am duly grateful to them.

Really pleased with the service

Really pleased with the service.
Day 2 Covid PCR Test.
Sample was dropped off on 29th in Royal Mail Priority postbox, pick up was 18:00.
Arrived at the lab at 12:00 on 30th and I had results at 00:15 on 31st.

Great service and good alternative for people in remote places like me in Cornwall!

Unreliable and worst customer service by Emma T …

Unreliable and worst customer service ever.
Similar story like Sam in previous reviews. Shocked to see some people writing good stuff, I doubt it's real reviews and must be fake to counter our reviews.
I ordered my kit and now been given the excuse of Xmas for delays. On 24th Royal mail tracking service said its preparing to dispatch and the Source Bioscience says its already dispatched and should be with me anytime. Then they said its Xmas and will be delivered 29th, now they are saying it should reach on 31st December, bunch of lies. On Royal mail tracking system now its says its leaving Nottingham depot to Croydon. This means it will take another day to reach and ten obviously similar procedure when I sent back the swab, this means it will most probably take 12 to 15 days. I would recommend not to book this service unless you live in Nottingham. To my bad luck, I should have read the reviews. The customer service , specially Emma T is so unhelpful.
Please do a favour to yourself - Do not book here.

Money For Old Rope = £70 Xmas Present

Basically purchased 2 off Covid 2 Day tests on 24th Dec 2021 and expected kits to arrive on 28/29th Dec 2021. I was told the kits and been dispatched and then eventually told that indeed they had not been collected/dispatched on 24th Dec by Royal Mail. Now likely to arrive on 3rd January 2022 and then add 2/3 days to return and test and we arrive at 10 day home isolation period. Basically you pay £70 to get 2 off required test codes to fill in UK Locator form. Truly is money for Old Rope or a free Xmas present of £70.
Unless you want to give away money this company's efficiency is very doubtful indeed.

Best PCR test provider! 11/10 Service! Thank you!

I've tried a few PCR test providers and this was the best one! My queries were answered within an hour even when I had sent them after hours around 8pm! I used them for before Travel PCR test, results were provided within a day.

By the way this was very cost effective as well, cheaper than most of the other ones. Also they sent the PCR test kit via next day delivery courier when I mentioned my travel date. Very impressed!

Unfortunately I had nightmare experiences with others who were also on Govt approved/authorized list and coming up in top 10 during search - one of them haven't provided results or any answer even after a month!

I found Source BioScience through which.co.uk where it was in top 3 PCR providers. I'm glad I found them before flying out! Was one less thing to worry..

If you need a PCR test for any reason, I suggest to use Source BioScience first! 11/10 service!

Test not delivered because I wasn’t home!

I normally don’t write reviews but today I do as I’m just so angry and frustrated!
I’ve ordered a day 2 return test to be delivered on the 19th December so it can wait for me when I return today (27th Dec) especially as it is Christmas. I got a message on the 20th that me delivery is on its way. As I just returned home, instead of a covid test I found a note from royal mail that my parcel was not delivered as I wasn’t home!!! What did you pack that test in that it wouldn’t fit through my letter box???? I have had tests delivered before and they all fit through my letter box!!! I didn’t even got a message while abroad to actually re arrange a delivery! There is a tracker option on the e mail i received but it doesn’t work or maybe only once the test has ben sent from my side?
I do know that the royal mail is not your responsibility but how can you not make sure that parcel has the size of a letter to fit through a letter box??? How can it be not clear for royal mail that that this is a covid test and should be delivered even if the person isn’t home? I could only re arrange a delivery for Thursday! That means I’m not able to go to work for the rest of the week!!!! I work for the NHS and have been given special leave to see my family abroad, it was hard enough that the rules changed and I have to isolate until the test results are coming in, but not getting a delivery, especially as ordered on time because of Christmas is absolutely ridiculous!!! I’m so angry right now!

In ordered a day 2 PCR home test kit in early December in time for my arrival in UK on 22 December. Posted my swab on 23 December and received my results just after 3 pm on Xmas day ( fortunately it was negative) excellent service thank you

Reliable and reasonable

Day 2 PCR ordered on 3rd December for 17th December. Arrived on 15th December. Completed test posted at 17:00 on 17th (from Cornwall), result available 22:00 on 18th. Perfect!
I have used them for a total of four trips to the UK and they have always delivered 100% reliably.
I have, however, noticed they are not currently taking orders for fit go fly for next week.
