Dodgey
Delivery took almost 2 months. And I believe it only arrived because I was consistently asking about it. Costumer support is kinda sketchy and is run through what’s app. The clothing material is standard. The website leads you to believe it’s from Canada but the package got sent from China.
They did give me a 50% refund but denied me a full refund and a cancel of my order when they had not even prepared the order after 1 month.

Great stuff but took a long time
I'm only reading four stars because it took so long to get my complete order. Otherwise I am extremely happy with the products! Everything was true to size. I am 5'7" and about 170 lb and wanted things a little oversized so I ordered extra larges, except for one cropped sweater which I ordered a medium and it is a tad too small. Sweaters are so soft and beautiful designs. I wish I could include pictures in my review. My sweatshirt / sweatpants set is amazing quality, heavy duty! I got a bunch of free stickers and also a couple Christmas ornaments, although I received those with the second half of my order after Christmas. But all good! Leon was very pleasant and helpful through WhatsApp. I sure am glad it didn't end up being a scam as I spent quite a bit more money than I should have LOL

I’m only rating the customer service because I haven’t received my package yet. To not have delivery listed in the website until after you make your order is very suspicious.
& then I found a bunch of “scam” reviews when googling the website. I’m worried & I better receive my package especially since I spent over $100. I like to track my package with an official link that actually works. Because the link I was sent doesn’t even take me to a page that google can read. Unacceptable. I’m reading reviews that the package came a MONTH later. I ordered 2 weeks before Christmas for Christmas gifts that’s literally the wait time for every other website. There is NO reason why I should wait a MONTH for Christmas gifts. It’s been longer than 7 days & I haven’t gotten a “out of process & moved to shipping” email or NOTHING. I better receive my order or at least get an update in the next few days or I’m calling my bank to get my $$ back.

I ordered a bunch of T-Shirts for the Gym and for Partys and I‘m really surprised about the quality of the Shirts and the prints. Really good quality for the price. They even added anonther Longsleeve for free, which I didn’t expect .
Delivery took it‘s time but that‘s fair in my opinion, since the shirts get custom numbers printed.
Also Leon from the Whatsapp Support was super helpful, absolute Legend.

Never received package
The tracking shows the order (SIF13893) as delivered. My security camera shows that NOBODY delivered anything to my house on the day of the alleged delivery. The shipper is Jing Logistics? There shows zero hand off to a valid US delivery company. The tracking site is some third-party that doesn’t even tell you who delivers it. It just gives you generic information and says delivered with no carrier name.

Unfortunately, one wrong shirt was delivered, though the other was correct. After contacting and talking to ROB they immediately shipped the missing item. big ups to Rob :D made my day!
As compensation for the mistake, I was allowed to keep the incorrect shirt, which was a lovely gesture!

Cool designs, cool products, and REALLY good personal communication.
TBH at first I had doubts but the design themes and products (like hockey jerseys with well worked out fun, philosophical and psychedelic designs) made me give it a try.
At ordering you can even customize the 'player number' of the sport jersey (any two digits), which I think is really cool.
The two jerseys, a crew neck sweater and the cap I ordered are really cool.
Ad soon my order was filed I got asked to get in contact through WhatsApp and I did, expecting nothing but the usual or even a chatbot. But instead I had a good personal customer experience concerning my order, with Leon from Soul Is Free. Communicating accurate, informal/friendly but serious, using screenshots to make stuff actually nice and clear.
And even after delivery I still got answered by Leon personally, any of my questions and remarks were treated and answered friendly and to my content.
