Item I ordered did not work as described and is useless. I have sent two emails asking for information on how to return and have received no response. I could not find a customer service number to call. I would not recommend ordering from Sotrends.

I bought DetectX Speed Camera Radar about a month ago. They sent me a non-working device. It didn't work at all. The device doesn't detect any cameras. My colleague bought the same device and it is working, so I know how the device should work. I was trying to contact them for 3 weeks before they finally replied. They asked me what was wrong with my device, and if I can send them a video of device fault. I don't have time to do it, and I wouldn't be waiting for another month to start solving the issue. I purchased a properly working device from another company.

You get what you paid for, fast shipment, and well-packaged goods. Delivery is always prompt. Prompt answer to your inquires.

Ordered a double deal UltraCut for $97.92 and they charged me twice for this one order.
I requested to cancel the order and refund me the money and still to hear back from them.
Very bad customer service and lack of responding to my e-mails.
I tried to open a chat and they requested me to enter my credit card details because it's a paid support services.

Hey Trustpilot, what are you doing ? You don't see that all 5 stars reviews are fake, totally generic, and clearly bought by Sotrends.com ???

This is based on my own experience and true I had ordered 2 radars for £99.00, I was disappointed by the quality they seemed light and fake items and when I tried to use them in my car they didn't work at all. I tried to contact so trends they do not respond. This company is a scam they are taking payments sending rubbish goods and no one to contact. stay away from this company it is a big scam 100 percent.

I purchased two Derusting Weeding Wheels (size 6") from So trends on-line on 8th May. The items arrived today Saturday 18th May.
Before purchase, it was claimed that these weeding wheels were universal. However, when I attempted to connect the wheel to my Stihl FS 38, the wheels could no be attached as the gauge of the wheels and nuts were much larger than the Stihl head.

Conscious of the So Trends 7 day returns policy, I emailed So Trends on the day of receipt (18th May 2024) and returned the items on 20th May to So Trends at its Returning Warehouse, Unit G Cedar Court, Walker Road Forest Business Park, Bardon Hill Coalville LE67 1TU, enclosing my details, as included with the items purchased and requested a refund.
In response to my email dated 18th May, So Trends forwarded me an explanatory video, which, while interesting, didn't make their product compatible with my Stihl strimmer. Despite repeated emails seeking my refund on 21st may, 30th May, 5th June and 17th June, So Trends have not responded. I also completed the So Trends "Contact Form" from its website. Again no response.
This company is dreadful and I would alert any future customers "to avoid it like the plague".

SOTRENDS... still scamming
... I see all of a sudden supposed good reviews... this is rubbish..your reviews are generic... you are not providing full details of products purchased... makes me wonder why the cover up...SO TRENDS IS A SCAM and authorities need to take action and look into this to stop this appalling scam.

Bought a steel brush head, claimed to fit 99% of all strimmers. Mine, a STIHL, is probably among the more common makes, but the adaptor sent didn't fit. It had 6 splines and the strimmer has 10.
I asked for the correct adaptor having sent photos and after several emails, was sent a video on how to fix the incorrect adaptor. This company customer service is appalling. It rarely responds to emails. How come it is allowed to trade?
Would have awarded 0 star, so grudgingly, one.

You can trust them; I was skeptical as always when buying on a new site, but they are good, I received everything I bought without any errors or damage, and they shipped very fast, I will buy from them again:)

I strongly recommend the store the customer service is quick and amazing.

The product delivered, a speed camera detection device, cost £59.95 and it is UTTERLY USELESS. It has no value whatsover, it is a ripoff. Amazon sell the same piece of rubbish for £17.95, still a ripoff.
It is daylight robbery. No reply from So Trends to my complaint. Do not use this company!
