Avoid Avoid Avoid this company is terrible My husband bought a pair of night driving glasses which looked great on advert but on receiving them they were cheap and tacky not worth the money that was paid they weren't in a box-in paper packaging -the lens had fallen out and when I complained they responded with had i tried to put the lenses back in Since I asked for a refund had no correspondence back I done it within the 7 days guarantee so Avoid this company at all costs

SubjExtremely poor quality and non-existent customer serviceect

Subject: Extremely poor quality and non-existent customer service
I ordered a "SurudoiSharp Pro" knife sharpener from SoTrends on October 31st and received it on November 12th, 2025. The delivery time of around two weeks was acceptable.
However, the quality of the product I received was terrible. The knife sharpener was scratched and scuffed upon arrival, looking as if it had already been used. Furthermore, the product did not live up to the quality standards described on their website when I placed the order.
The main issue, though, is the total lack of customer service. I have sent several inquiries to them, but they simply do not respond. Their warranty states that if you report an issue within a week, you get your money back, but this is useless when they ignore all communication.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

WEEDEATER UltraCut™ – SoTrends_(Order 98975 Return & Refund)

My review is of the company/site WEEDEATER UltraCut™ – SoTrends
I sent the following complaint to the two email addresses given for Returns & Refunds from this company i.e. “support” and “wordpress”: -

“Your advert was not clear that the trimmer is not included. For your high-priced wheel only, I can buy a wheel and trimmer and many more parts. Your advert is not in good faith”

I have sent three sets of emails to support and wordpress email address asking for contact and details for a return address, before the 7 days return dead line. The wordpress email address does not exists any more and no reply from the support email address. I still have until 27th July 2024 for the 30 days return / refund. The delivery page does have a QR code and a bar code, which may give a delivery return address. However, I am not going to compound my error by paying for postage and send back the goods to a company that does not respond to my contact emails.

Items I am not happy with this company: -
a) The advertisement for the Weedeater UltraCut SoTrends is not clear in what is offered.
b) SoTrends Return and Refund policy does not appear to be operational.
c) On the Weedeater UltraCut SoTrends Website you are not able to post a review of this product or company. Being the reason I am publishing on Trust Pilot.
