Powerjet should be called trickle jet, no difference to regular nozzle on hosepipe. Sent 6 emails thus far looking for refund, but of course, nothing back.
Next step, small claims court.

This is a SCAM. I purchased the PowerJet, advertised as an alternative to a power washer. There is no difference in water pressure between this unit and my normal hosepipe. The thing is absolutely useless.
Do not buy anything from this company. It's a scam.

Bought s universal strimmer head last year. Not universal despite the claim. I requested a return and refund, have heard nothing two months later. Do not use thus company.

Ordered a package which never arrived. Customer service keeps referring us to the carrier, but fails to provide their contact details/name. To be avoided!

What a complete scam! My father made 2 seperate orders to buy family Christmas presents the beginning of October. He received confirmation emails with tracking numbers. His tracking numbers seemed to "move" from the facility to another facility then disappeared. The email contacts do not respond and the phone number ended up being some poor guy who had no affiliation with this company. When my father told me about this, I also attempted to reach out....
Nothing. Noone. Poof* Nada! I've looked up reviews for this "company" and they sadly only confirm this is an absolute crooked ripoff. Don't waste your $$.

You can urinate harder than this even in your 60s, what a total waste of money. I received this as a gift and can categorically say its worthless. Dont even think about this it's a joke.

Ordered a knife sharpener, a load of crap which didn’t work, neither a replacement unit or money was returned - only a big smile, they probably had a fun time 😟

Same as everyone . No product delivered but many tracking numbers. Company advertised on TV where are TRADING STANDARDS!!

Do not use this company, very poor value of money,
difficult to contact. Do not expect to get your money back

Don’t buy any products on this site. They advertise the product was made from Japan but was China. The quality of the product is below my expectation. No customer service, hard to contact for return items. Not only that the product was US$ and conversion to Canadian was too high not even showing how the conversion rate.

Scam company. Charged three times what was advertised. Refused to cancel order or refund payment.
Less angst just flushing some $ down your toilet

I purchased the knife sharpener from so trends. It arrived in pieces, the box was damaged and parts were in the packaging. I contacted them and sent photos as requested. I was v disappointed so asked for details of return and refund. Days later I received a mail saying the supplier was sending a replacement. I reiterated I want to return and be refunded. I have contacted them via support on the site and via email with no response. I also notice they have disappeared from my feed!!

I purchased an Electric knife grinder online from Sotrends that was listed frequently on the Apple News website. The price was $59.95 that I expected to be AUD as USD was not listed, but I was charged USD $95.33.
So much for expecting Apple.com to host reputable companies.

I’m not holding my breath here and I’m only giving a 1 star as you can’t write a review otherwise.
Don’t buy anything from SoTrend. I stupidly responded to a pop up ad and made a purchase. I’ve ask them to cancel the order and after sending several emails, I’ve given up hope of ever receiving my money back!
My advice to anyone wanting to purchase from SoTrend is DONT. A scam company who will only rip you off.

I bought a product, received a well worn version of a food processor that didn't work.

Ordered a strimmer advertised on X on the 18th of October 2025. Today 10th November this has still not arrived. I have contacted this firm a number of times in regard to the missing item. Each time I am informed the item is in transit. I have finally accepted I have been scammed by this so-called firm I tend not to take this sort of thing lightly. So I would ask , how do I notify X that they are allowing a Scam Firm use their platform to cheat prospective purchasers .

Wanted to charge in USD Nowhere in the ad does it say USD I believed that it was a scam so opted out. Sent me an email to complete the order with instructions to reply to the email. My provider said it was an invalid email

I ordered an item on 24/9/25 and l have not received the item a month later. I emailed them 3 weeks in from date of purchase and no response. Have l been scammed? If so not sure how to report??
