Healthcare is confusing, exhausting, and nearly impossible to navigate. Solace provides you with an advocate—covered by insurance—who takes on the toughest parts of the system, so you don’t have to do it alone. Solace advocates find doctors, keep providers coordinated, fix insurance issues, and handle the endless paperwork that gets in the way of care. We’ll pair you with a dedicated advocate who supports you one-on-one for as long as you need help. Our advocates bring an average of 16 years of experience, and they’ve already helped over 200,000 patients and families nationwide. Solace is covered by Original Medicare and many Medicare advantage plans. You’ll never pay anything beyond your standard deductible or coinsurance. Most patients pay $0 or a small amount per month. All it takes to get started is a quick intake call. One of our licensed physicians will get to know your healthcare challenges and pair you with an advocate who’s the right fit for your care.

Besides being pleasant and efficient, my advocate, Debra, goes over and beyond to help me.

Having my advocate has changed my life. She's helping me find new providers and finding the specialists I need. I'm not as overwhelmed and I'm getting the help I need.

My case gets more complicated every single day. The wait for proper imaging and the injuries I'm left with mean my case isn't being treated. Complicated insurance policies and delayed payments are part of this complex process. I have a structured settlement using WCMSA for injuries. My insurance in this procedure uses a separate contract for MSP to manage. These entities don't communicate with each other. So patients don't have it easy.

told me it was free then i got 3 months of bills all at once. then i learned that they do bill and they refuse to provide estimates until after the service is rendered. even my advocate didn't believe they would charge me so i believe they actually lie to their own employees...scam scam scam. stay away.

My advocate was very helpful by suggesting other ways she could help.
She kept in touch frequently.
She was very patient with my inability to stay on subject.

Solace Health's phone system is horrendous. Especially for the Deaf community who uses Video Relay Service. Sometimes, as it happens once in a while, the interpreter has technical issues and disconnects me - that left me abandoned and Solace Health phone line does NOT allow customers to call back. Twice this happened wasting my limited time and energy I have. I woke up very early for this 8:21am appointment and they were late. NOT acceptable. You'd expect with fancy technology today, issues like this wouldn't happen, but it did each time. Goodbye.

My advocates name is Gina. She is a R.N.
So far she has kept in touch with me regularly, made many calls, and sent emails to the Physical Therapist to arrange a call. Plus she has contacted my UHC insurance to try and get things going. She is so helpful! Thank you to all

Katalina is the absolute best. Everyday I was worried about my care. Appts, transport, just cheering me up, happens every time she calls. She is the guardian angel on my shoulder.

Maggie, my experienced empathic advocate, continues to deliver. I’ve now gotten a Nurse Practitioner with whom I am comfortable; Maggie is now scoping out compatible eye practitioners for me.
I am completely satisfied.
