Scott collected 610 pages of medical records and secured an appointment with University of Texas South West with specialist who deal with specific types of Cerebral Ataxia not do to usual causes (blood, genetic ect.)He accomplished it in a few weeks. We had been trying to get this done for over 2yrs on our own with many Dr's telling us it's not possible. He also found provider and insurance to get PureWick external catheter at no cost when all other providers told us to come up with $500 for system and $200/mo or you can't have it even though you need it. Sorry was most common response from everyone we had asked to help find a pathway to getting Healthcare and tools to improve disrupted life do to unknown reasons. YEA SCOTT. (WE NOW HAVE HOPE)

Solace has done nothing to help me, yet they billed my insurance $ 1000.00. I personally find this sketchy at best, fraudulent at worst.

This is a great service in theory. I was drowned in marketing material referring my specific conditions on a daily basis. I finally decided to give it a try as I was having lots of trouble navigating the healthcare system. During my initial contact I was asked a series of questions and advised that I wasn't "Socially limited" enough to qualify for the service.

My advocate has been in my corner for the entire time I have been dealing with the GLP-1 Bridge issues and it has resulted in a very positive outcome!

I called in for information; Molly was such a sweet spirit to talk. She was able to address my concerns and give guidance on what I should do. I wasn't hurried, and she took her time. She even mentioned that if I needed anything else, I could call anytime. I appreciated her.

I was amazed to find that Solace Health was a no cost company that works with Medicare to help seniors like me. They worked with my physician and pharmacy to get low cost Zepbound (Trizepatide) GLP-1 at the unbelievable price of $50/month! They cut through the red tape and took care of everything! Martin, my advocate, did an amazing job. He was caring and made sure I was taken care of in the best possible way.
