The contact person has done more than what I had anticipated. I love the program and hope to see Solace prosper and grow. This is a great service available to those who need health care information.

My advocate, Susan S. is knowledgeable, makes a great rapport, and is incredible effective at running interface between me and my doctors. She fills the gap between the rushed visit, inadequate aftercare and the unavailability to ask questions between appointments. As a retired physician, I am amazed at how she cuts through the barriers to communication with my doctors. My surgeon called me at home at 7 pm to answer ‘any questions.’ Wow.

I was looking for help with chronic back pain, with changing my primary Dr and with getting approved for Medicare’s GLP1 program. Alexandria at Solace helped me with all three issues.

My experience with solace has been outstanding. My solace advocate has helped me get my prescriptions faster. He worked with the doctor and pharmacy. He is very knowledgeable. When he tells me he’s going to call he calls whether it be a certain time or on a certain day. I’m so glad that I found Solace.

Scott collected 610 pages of medical records and secured an appointment with University of Texas South West with specialist who deal with specific types of Cerebral Ataxia not do to usual causes (blood, genetic ect.)He accomplished it in a few weeks. We had been trying to get this done for over 2yrs on our own with many Dr's telling us it's not possible. He also found provider and insurance to get PureWick external catheter at no cost when all other providers told us to come up with $500 for system and $200/mo or you can't have it even though you need it. Sorry was most common response from everyone we had asked to help find a pathway to getting Healthcare and tools to improve disrupted life do to unknown reasons. YEA SCOTT. (WE NOW HAVE HOPE)

my advocate made things happen for my better health. now I can get back to normal living without severe pain, I'm very appreciative of solace and my advocate Lisa . years of living with very bad pain and possibility of much worse injury is no longer a fear, thankful that I found solace, a blessing indeed

Solace has done nothing to help me, yet they billed my insurance $ 1000.00. I personally find this sketchy at best, fraudulent at worst.
