If I can give you zero star. Still not worth it. Cheater company. We ordered a sofa waiting for 8 weeks after they said another 4 weeks. When we asking for a refund. Waiting last 4 weeks still not received a refund. Don't buy anything for this company. Very bad customer service.you cant directly contact to department. Only chat or WhatsApp message. I file a fruadary case against this company.

I do not recommend this company at all! They don’t liaise with you accordingly and don’t provide any updates at all. They’re not an honest company at all. If you request a refund they will hold onto your money as long as they possibly can, probably in the hopes you will forget about it. This company is outrageous! You are going to face challenges communicating with them, and trusting them as a company for honesty which is not in their policy. They do not respect the customers and feel as though they are in control of your funds once they receive it. Be cautious and careful when dealing with this company as you will have problems. The best thing anyone on here struggling to get clear communication, pertaining to their order can do, is contact the financial ombudsman without hesitation. You will see how quick you get a response. With companies like these, unfortunately this is the only route.

Still being charged for a sofa I cancelled a month ago. Ive been sent in circles trying to get the order cancelled and refunded via klarna.
Customer service sends you in circles or gives you the same response about finance team being notified.
Ive been loosing my mind with how awful the whole process has been.
On the phone now trying to remedy.
Would not recommend using their services.

Order took 10 weeks compared to 21 days written at point of ordering. No regular updates or transparency of order tracking. You can only contact them through WhatsApp. They don’t pick calls; I was on the phone for over 4 hours and that tells me it’s not a monitored phone.

The positive is that on delivery, the product is of good quality, meet expectation and worth the wait. The delivery guys are also good. They carefully fitted and demonstrated the use. I now understand how they get 5 star trustpilot rating because the drivers ask for it as their rating but in reality, it’s the rating for the overall order experience. So this feedback is on my overall experience and there was no negatives with the delivery guys.

I hope the right people within the company sees this and work on an improvement. They have a good product quality but need to work on setting customer expectations and communication.

Lovely sofa delivered earlier than expected. Martin and Vvald were friendly and delivered the sofa with care. They showed us how to access the storage space, use the sofa bed function and adjust the headrests. Excellent service from both of them.
