I’m really disappointed with my experience.

I booked a lip filler treatment through the academy, understanding that it is a training environment and results may vary. However, after the procedure and once the initial swelling subsided, there was absolutely no visible difference in my lips at all.

This is not a matter of subtle preference — there is genuinely no result.

When I raised this concern, I was told that I did not pay for a result, only for the application of product, and that no review or correction would be offered unless I paid again.

While I understand that academy treatments do not guarantee perfection, I believe it is reasonable to expect at least some visible outcome from 1ml of filler. Instead, I feel I paid for a treatment with zero effect and no support afterwards.

I was also concerned about the level of cleanliness in the treatment room, which did not feel appropriate for a procedure of this kind.
Overall, I found the experience disappointing and would advise others to carefully consider before booking.

Utterly appalled. Booked me for an appointment, took a considerable deposit and received a confirmation email. Drove an hour to arrive to two students looking at me like I was crazy. There was no appointment. Spent half an hour arguing about a refund they were saying would take 14/21 days!! No chance. Requested refund from the bank and refused to leave u til it was sorted.
Absolute shambles.

Phone lines and WhatsApp all disconnected no touch up as promised with fake Botox that never worked

I’ve just left a review on Google, and me like an idiot, did not think to check these people out on the reviews firsthand. After reading everyone’s reviews it completely makes sense that my particular experience isn’t unique.

They are clearly a scam company.

I’ve booked in for a treatment and they cancelled on sad day of the treatment.

I paid for a deposit-although it wasn’t much-but it’s the principal.

Whoever it was that I was speaking to claimed I wouldn’t be able to get a refund and try to offer a rescheduling of a week later. A week later! That is absolutely ridiculous.

On top of that they’ve been ignoring my messages.

Well, I guess I paid for someone’s lunch.

Bunch of thief’s ! Brought a course and requested to cancel the next day and get a refund and they are now ignoring my text messages, I do not even have money to eat because I paid a £300 deposit for the course, they are so unprofessional and I have already taken it further to my solicitor, this company is a complete joke and needs to be shut down
Stay away if you want professionalism

Avoid at all costs, cancelled my training as it’s not at all what they tell you. Had to go through the bank to get my money back. 3/4 years later I’m still getting monthly messages to sign up and complete my course - all from different numbers. Desperate for business.

I signed up for a course i paid with finance.
I cancelled after 3 days.
Was very very hard but i got cancellation and cancellation email from them.
After i found out that they forgot to advice me about the separate refund email and they forgot to refund to the finance company.
I wrote them yesterday and today on WhatsApp and email about the forgotten refund email and the forgotten refund.
They read my WhatsApp and ignored.
They ignoring my legal rights.
I need go again to solicitor and raise a complaint.
They are very unprofessional especially when is about cancellation and refund.

Kiara has ruined my nose. I wish I could post people and after pictures. I have had 2 lots of dissolving and it is still fatter and lumpy. I now need to have it dissolved using ultrasound as the filler is trapped between cartilage. This alone is £495 and a horrible treatment to have done. This clinic ( if you can call it that) is disgusting and needs to be shut down. So unprofessional and have no experience! The fact they are training people is scary.

Don't enrol in their academy.

I wanted refund for the study materials they sent me but they were so bad with communication. No refund at all.

And guess what, they said my review is defamatory but in fact they did not care when I was asking for refund and now messaging me in WhatsApp after giving them a bad review.

I recently completed the Advanced Botox and Dermal Filler course with Dr. Rifat Rezia and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

She explains everything in detail and really takes the time to make sure you understand both the theory and the technique.

The training was very hands-on, and I gained so much confidence through practical experience.

Dr. Rifat is incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about aesthetics — which made the whole learning process even more inspiring.

I feel fully equipped and confident after this course, and I’m genuinely happy I chose this academy.

Highly recommend it to any injector looking to take their skills to the next level! 💉✨

Avoid at all cost!! I went through an extremely painful liquid bbl at the expense of £2999, they injected the filler intramuscular and I ended up in hospital after 10 days in agony not being able to sit or walk. My concerns were met with complete lack of concern and no accountability was taken. To top it all off, a few month down the line…my bum looks exactly as it was before. The fillers don’t last 2-4 years as promised. I wanted to sue, but apparently this company doesn’t even have the money to recover the costs. They should be shut down.
A waste of time and money with a company completely lacking in concern. I would advise to go anywhere else but here!!!

Uneven results that have nothing to do with my body.
Company director Kiana…unkind, uncaring and only cares about the money.
Didn’t want to “rectify” the fact that my results were uneven just offered to dissolve the filler (which I was advised by one of her practitioners was a very painful service) or 40ml which would not have made a difference.
She disgusting…….avoid any all cost!

The longer version-

I had been wanting to get a liquid BBL for over two years and did quite abit of research prior. Stopped drinking,smoking and going to the gym to slow down my metabolism.
I finally chose Snatch&Glow because of the results displayed in their Instagram.
Finally booked the 600ml package and I was so excited.
My first session - was 400ml, once the swelling settled, you couldn’t tell that I had anything done.
I was contacted by snatch & glow so they could review my results. I advised that couldn’t my results were not visible and I forwarded them a picture from their Instagram of a client who had only 400ml and her results were dramatically noticeable.

Second session/review - on this day I showed one of the other mangers the results I was expecting and she advised that, what was advertised were not true results as the client had filler prior (false advertisement).
I also noted to the manger that my pictures were used on the Instagram even tho I had opted out.
I had my further 200ml placed and advised if I wanted more filler then I would get a deal of 100ml filler for £750 if they allowed them to keep the pictures on Instagram. I didn’t accept this offer.
It took a week and a half for the swelling to go down i made contact as one cheek was clearly smaller then the other.

I made contacted and requested to see the Kiana the company director as I would think that she would provide the upmost professional advice due to her many years of experience and I was advised that she would not be in for a while.

Final Review - session.
I showed the the practitioner my results and she stated that she could see the disproportion and that it would require a further 150ml to even out my results.
During this consultation Kiara walks in…who I actually felt relived to see. But her attitude was disgusting and she was very combative and did not acknowledge my concerns or address the fact that my results were disproportionate which has nothing to do with my body.
Then she stated that I didn’t have filler in my bum but only in hips. When I clearly have healed entry points from where the filler was placed during my second session.
She was argumentative and so dismissive and stated that she only going to offer 40ml or dissolve it.
I’m not about to be standing there arguing with someone who is supposed to be a professional.
I didn’t leave happy I left after the additional filler was applied or was I supposed cause a scene in front of the 10+ trainees cramped into the two person reception area.

And no I’m not going to make further contact for what? Your not a solution based company.

I did not approach this company due to having issues with my body nor do I have body dysmorphia. I wanted to enhance what I already had and now I have one bum cheek that is clearly smaller then the other.

This is not a case of wanting more filler it’s about “”rectifying”” the issue.

The director Kiana was rude and combative and mocked my concerns. Why would I contact you? why was I not contacted for a final review?
What kind of reputable company goes back and forth with a client via trust pilot??? Any director with couth would make contact via phone or email.
Your literally proving my point…..your not solution based at all.
And I have the results to prove that I have uneven and disproportionate results as a result of Snatch&Glow simple!!! I didn’t come to you with one bum cheek being visible bigger then the other, I had no issues other then wanting to enhance.
That’s fact, I’ve told no lies.

When you are initially reeled into taking a course with this salon you are led to believe that you will have one to one training with a qualified person and that all your training needs and knowledge base will be met. In reality, you are crammed into the tiniest room with 9 other people in my experience and only having a view from the doorway. You are unable to see the instructor (who was dressed in scruffy attire - not professional looking at all) or get the practice that you need with so many other people wanting their fair share and a crack at the whip.
This was my second time to this salon because I wanted to finish my course that I had started. During my first training day I was also shocked that there was a child present throughout, even watching the procedures and putting numbing cream on clients faces which made me very uncomfortable. I had also already voiced concerns the day before that there were too many people on the last course but was assured that my second training day would be a smaller group - this wasn't the case. I was told there was staff from other salons in. If thats the case, set aside a day for staff training only. I would advise anybody to avoid this business as you take nothing significant away with you.

Do not train with this company! Shay is arrogant and rude, she was pressurising me to book a course for a third of the price to teach at my home even though all I had from her was a screenshot of Snatch and Glow Instagram page and her screaming kids in the background. She was saying I need to book asap because she is going away in December. So I took it upon myself to read some reviews to my horror I quickly declined. This was then followed by a nasty phonecall and when I said I was recording this call she put the phone down on me. I don't think this girl is fit to teach and she was trying to sell backstreet training with no website (because it's under review apparently) and all she wanted was to push me for money. Thank God I smell through this type of BS. I feel sorry for anyone who deals with her

Been coming here frequently for different areas of filler and Botox and the girls are always so lovely and polite and are always very professional. I always come here feeling at ease and welcomed by everyone.
