Formal Complaint – Evliss Clinic / Deluxe Aesthetic Academy

Evliss Clinic appears to be a continuation or rebrand of Deluxe Aesthetic Academy. I have evidence to support this, including a recording where it is explicitly stated: “we are the same company, just changed names.” Please do not deny this.

I paid £5,000 for a “fast track” Level 7 course. I had already completed most of my Level 4 training, but when it came time for my exam, the academy had suddenly shut down. Despite this, the new Evliss staff were still operating upstairs at the same location. I also have proof of this.

The payment process was rushed and pressured — I was told to transfer money quickly via bank payment (to Anca’s account) or the price would increase. This should have been a red flag.

I am not the only person affected. At least 11 others have experienced the same issue.

Based on my experience, I strongly advise others not to trust this business or invest any money with them.

There are also serious concerns regarding their practices, including:

Use of Botox that does not appear to be properly prescribed to patients
Repeated reuse of products
Poor hygiene practices, including excessive and improper use of cleaning agents

This situation needs to be investigated urgently.

Fantastic clinic! I have been here both as a model and as a client and every time have been very pleased with my treatment. The staff are very professional and very friendly and always take the time to explain the treatment and the aftercare which I appreciate. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for treatments. I recently visited for dermal fillers and Botox, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! I felt completely comfortable and confident in the trainees being overlooked by qualified experts.
The procedure itself was virtually painless, thanks to gentle technique and attention to detail. The experts overseeing the trainees explained each step of the process, ensuring I felt informed and at ease.
The results are stunning! My wrinkles are significantly reduced, and my face looks refreshed and rejuvenated and I couldn't be happier with my experience!

This training academy really gave me everything I needed to go into aesthetics, the trainers (Daniella, Bali, Reema) were so kind, supportive, and respectful throughout the whole course. I was lucky to have 2 models minimum per treatment and I treated them myself, Daniella made sure I wouldn’t have to share. Even after the course was completed, anytime I texted or called the academy back for help on small things, they gave me the guidance I needed and provided tools to make sure that I would be okay.

Just WOW! I had an amazing training week, last week, with Evliss for my FAST TRACK ADVANCED course. I must admit that on the first day I was really nervous as I have no beauty or medical background, but by the end of the day I felt soooo comfortable with the trainer and my other classmate. I learnt a lot! It was intensive but very well structured and I had a real chance to practice enough on my models. I feel very confident now and I cannot wait to get my first clients in. A super-plus are the photos taken during the training sessions, which they offer to help you out with your socials, but also the starter kits (I paid extra for them, but they do come in very handy!). I really recommend this academy if you are looking for good quality teaching in a relaxed environment at a very good price!

I attended the Advanced Skin Renewal Training - Advanced Skin boosters & polynucleotides with Danielle at the Watford academy.
From sending my first message to completing the training Danielle maintained the upmost professionalism answering all my questions in a timely manner whilst running a busy schedule.
Danielle is extremely professional, friendly, welcoming and non judgmental and nothing felt too much trouble.
The training manual is comprehensive and extremely detailed. The practical day itself ran very smoothly and again professionalism was maintained within a friendly welcoming environment.
There was a wide variety of models providing extensive needle opportunities with a small class size.

This company and all its predecessors (Deluxe Aesthetics/Aesthetics on Demand) are scammers. They charge for courses and training they never deliver, constantly change company names to avoid being caught and I’ve also heard their clinics are filthy.

I have just been refunded the entire course fee from the finance company I used to pay for the course but there are many others out there that have been defrauded for thousands of pounds. This is a huge outfit with many culprits - Ana, Radu, Bali to name a few.

Please do not give them your money, you will receive no training or qualifications.

They are truly delightful, and their team is equally impressive. Their professionalism and kindness stand out, and the prices are exceptionally reasonable
Excellent experience – definitely a ten-star service if that were possible!
