GREAT TRAINING COMPANY

I have completed 5 training courses with GLOW AESTHETIC TRAINING and every course has been fantastic. From the initial enquiry, through the booking process, communication from the office team and delivery of the training from highly qualified, experienced and friendly trainers, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Plus, the support you receive following training whether it is a query on the treatment itself or if it is product related, everything is dealt with efficiently. Thank you GLOW AESTHETIC TRAINING!

SNATCH AND GLOW ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY

I worked here as a sales assistant I am 18.the target was 40k every month and I lost so much weight to which Kiana said your body looks elongated. She did not give any care to my mental health.i payed for the courses and when i didn’t want to do them again i refunded them and she threatened to get law authorities involved even though i had made her well over 60k at the time i was very suicidal and depressed and her threatening to get me sued was tipping me over the edge I received emails every day and Kiana even FaceTimed me when I was with my friend this was giving me so much anxiety I had to get my dad involved. Then when I got my dad involved she decided to get law authorities but she didn’t pay me £600 of my wages and took away all of my coursework which I payed £300 for but I am glad because I would never want to do training with her company anyway.Nurse Falak also left because they were talking badly about her she is just a horrible lady

Do not train with this company!

Do not train with this company! Shay is arrogant and rude, she was pressurising me to book a course for a third of the price to teach at my home even though all I had from her was a screenshot of Snatch and Glow Instagram page and her screaming kids in the background. She was saying I need to book asap because she is going away in December. So I took it upon myself to read some reviews to my horror I quickly declined. This was then followed by a nasty phonecall and when I said I was recording this call she put the phone down on me. I don't think this girl is fit to teach and she was trying to sell backstreet training with no website (because it's under review apparently) and all she wanted was to push me for money. Thank God I smell through this type of BS. I feel sorry for anyone who deals with her

If your thinking of getting bbl fillers…

If your thinking of getting bbl fillers from snatch and go DO NOT, when I arrived to the Manchester clinic my appointment was meant to proceed at 12pm however they had me waiting an hour and a half. I was told by someone who worked in the London department via WhatsApp after messaging them that “the practitioner who is going to do your procedure has only just ran to the shop to get paracetamol” an hour later I found out that actually this practitioner was sick and needed to go to the pharmacy to pick up medication. This was the first red flag being lied to, I should at this point declined their second offer to get another practitioner to come all the way down from London. I went back at 5.30 to have this done, the procedure although she claimed she had put on numbing cream I could feel everything and it was so bad I was nearly in tears and made me scream.

Once the procedure was done I was advised I could sit down but for no longer than 45 mins , I went to meet a friend to help assist take me home she was in a bar but I was there for 10 mins max I did sit down at the bar stool for no longer than 5 mins before we left. I went upto the toilet of this bar and felt wet on the side of my leg to my horror I was leaking I notified the lady and snatch and glow of this immediately and they advised me to just go home and promised me it was not “unusual to happen” at this point my trust from waiting all day to now me physically leaking was absolutely broke regretting paying £4k for this.

I took myself home stood up on the train the entire way and walked from the train station to my house which is only a 10 min walk to avoid pressure onto the area that leaked.

I was also advised to change the dressing due to it being SOAKED and replace with another which I did once I eventually got plasters - may I add I wasn’t given plasters only alcohol wipes this was it.

The next morning I felt slightly better and felt I could walk to the shop to purchase more plasters however I physically couldn’t I was in excruciating pain and could hardly walk and definitely going sit down, I again asked a friend to get these for me.

To my horror yet again my pants felt wet again with the leaking this time it was a blood red colour which made me nearly have a heart attack I was so concerned I told snatch and glow again and my practitioner yet again they said this was “normal “ I of course was not convinced and wanted to know what the next steps were as I wasn’t going to leave this wound open.

They advised me to come down to the Manchester clinic to get this checked out, i explained I physically couldn’t do this as I couldn’t physically sit down and walk, they basically said “it’s either this or you’ll just have to go to a and e.

I rang a and e as I physically could not get there by car they arrived looked at the wound and explained the wound was open and wasn’t shut properly, they said I may need stitches and that it may be infected.

Of course at this point with spending £4k on a procedure which has made me physically ill even though I followed the correct after care afterwards I was infuriated however the blame game started and they said that “ you went and sat on a bar stool after the procedure “ and that “you removed the dressing “ evening though I was ADVISED to do so and I have the text messages to prove such a thing.

I was took in an ambulance lying down on my stomach I was in a and e for hours before being seen by someone during this time I could not physically sit down and had to stand up as it hurt to much. I was eventually seen my a doctor had my bloods done and they explained the wound was infected and they may need to take the filler out. This of course horrified me to the core my blood pressure had gone up by 200 my temperature was sky high.

I have been admitted to hospital and put on a drip with antibiotics all night this has not only distributed my new job as I’ve had to ring in but has caused everyone I know around me stress and myself.

All snatch and go are doing at this point are putting the blame on me and refusing to pay me back for a cosmetic procedure which has gone terribly wrong through no fault of my own.

I was told by a doctor that some of the filler was infected and needed this to be squeezed out I have now been put on an oral prescription for 10 days and have to go back to the doctors for a review on Saturday morning at 10am.

Never again will I go back to snatch and glow it has been an awful experience start to finish and caused me nothing but distress , excruciating pain and now caused me to lose my job with being off work.

No one else i’d trust!

I have been seeing Dr Rebecca for a while now and there is no one else that I would trust or feel as comfortable with. She is extremely knowledgeable, kind and brilliant at her job. I have tried a few different treatments and I know that these will always be executed in the most natural way. I certainly wouldn’t trust a salon over an extremely well qualified doctor such as Rebecca. After care information is always thoroughly sent out and she goes out of her way to check you are happy with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!

Brilliant experience from start to finish

Absolutely buzzing after my recent class with Glow Aesthetic Training.

Right from the word go I knew this was going to be good. Jay was a superstar in responding to my queries when I first got in touch and sending out pre-course information, and also in following up after the course with extra material.

The day itself with Dr Alli was superb - really detailed theory, a close-up demo with loads of helpful hints and tips to get the best results in clinic, and plenty of hands-on practice with valuable feedback (plus a chance to experience the treatment ourselves). All delivered in a friendly, interactive manner with a good dose of humour, and backed up with comprehensive handouts.

I was especially impressed with the time Dr Alli and Morag spent answering questions and sharing insights regarding routes onto other courses, outside of formal class time. It is clear the entire Glow team really know their stuff and are passionate about helping others to learn and grow in the industry.

Suffice to say: I will be back! Highly recommended and huge thanks to Glow for the experience. I am excited to get started!!
