I was initially disappointed when I was sent two brushes instead of the ordered brush and foundation. However, when I reached out to the company I was contacted by Novie (#519455) who was totally brilliant and sorted it all out for me. Novie went above and beyond with their customer service. I just wish we could have more Novie’s around! 😀

Whilst the product was not suited to me, found it caked on my face by the end of the day sadly. It definitely blended to my shade well. I sent 1 email asking if they would be able to do anything and Carla had my refund processed in a couple of days. I truly wish it worked for me. The brush and sponge were great too.

Product return and customer service
The color changing foundation just didn't work for my skin tone. I returned the product and received partial credit. Shout out to EURI from customer service who helped with the return and who was very polite, supportive and understanding throughout the process.

Carla was wonderful! Although it took a few steps to resolve my issue, she truly went above and beyond. My package was stolen after delivery, and when she initially asked me to report it, I did my best and even looked into filing a report. However, I explained to Carla that I don’t drive and going back and forth would cost me time and money, and at that point I felt it just wasn’t worth the effort and was willing to take the loss. Carla quickly reached back out and let me know they would send a replacement. To me, that is fabulous customer service. Thank you, Carla, for your kindness and understanding! Order #497920.

Returns Resolved Quickly and Professionally
I ordered the color changing foundation. It arrived on the date expected and I was eager to try the product. Unfortunately it did not work with my skin texture. Great Customer Service
I ordered the foundation after seeing so many ads for it. I have such a hard time with shade matching. The product arrived in a timely manner. It goes on nice, feels nice and coverage is great. Unfortunately, my skin tone is just a tad darker than the foundation so it didn’t match and made me look a little pale. I had to contact customer service to see about a refund and they were so great. Genrev helped me and refunded me for the purchase, no questions asked. I would definitely purchase from them again if I see a production I am interested in.
