My feedback for buying smooche gave me a response I never thought would get from the company. There was so confrontation that I had to respond to. The complaint was well received and very well responded to . Their customer support person that responded to my message obviously has a high level of customer service training and expertise. She immediately accepted my complaint with apology, emphasised that the company’s desire was to give the best experience to customers. The following statement on REFUND was just amazing bc I didn’t think that a small business startup would be giving refunds especially since I was not pressing for it. Thanks Carle. I tried the colour changing foundation and it did not suit my sensitive skin as it created a burning sensation upon application. I requested for a refund since there was money back guarantee. Carla attended to my email request and arranged for the refund very promptly without the need for return of goods. I'm really impressed by the great customer service! I cannot say how relieved I was to find the experience with customer service so helpful.
The color adapted well but I have very dry sensitive skin. I contacted customer service and they refunded my money and told me to keep the product. I passed the product on to my grand daughter who loves it and plans to purchase from the website. Thank you again for a great experience.

I was so happy to get to try this wonderful new type of foundation from Smooche! It goes on white, then adapts to your skin tone. Genius! The packaging is gorgeous, a beautiful deep rosy pink pump bottle, and there is a very light, but pleasant scent. The foundation dries down to a nice finish and isn't sticky. I am a very pale redhead. The color did match me better than I would have expected, but it was still just a hint deeper on me than I like and normally wear. I decided that it was not what I wanted FOR ME, even though I think the product is amazing. I reached out to the company and the awesome GENREV took great care of me. I misread the company return policy and offered a suggestion to make samples available, since this is a different type of makeup people might not be used to. GENREV listened to my comments and immediately provided a refund in the most polite and kind way possible. This kind of customer service is what makes the difference to me when making online purchases. I have offered a dear friend the chance to try my bottle and she loved everything about Smooche! I hope this company does well, because they truly care about making sure valued customers have a happy experience, especially GENREV, who is a credit to the company!

Jessa made my experience as a first time order 640304 a very smooth ordeal- we live in a new subdivision and the address isn’t always easy to get deliveries but she worked with me and made sure everything was flowing perfectly- great customer service!

It took me a while to receive my order and once I had there was an issue. I was asked to provide video proof of the issue and wasn’t sure how the process was going to work out. But the Smooche representative “Shake” resolved it quickly and smoothly. Providing a full refund. Great customer service!

Bit wary initially, as had been stung on Amazon by scam product (beware purchasing)
Ordered direct from Smooche website.
Delivery took a while (longer than stated when ordered) poor updates -was delivered whilst tracking stated still being shipped.
BUT I really like the product, easy to apply and suits my skin type and colouring. Easy to apply- I apply directly onto face to promote match to face. Will buy again and be confident in using website. Only giving 4* due to delivery time and updates.

It was easy to order my product. The 1st time I placed an order I was automatically charged for shipping insurance which when added to the product becomes costly. The 2nd order I removed that added insurance. I have yet to receive my order but if the delay is ridiculous I will no longer place any orders.

I bought the color changing foundation. It matched the coloration of my complexion. It masked some of the dark spots and blended the different tones on my face. I like a very natural look and after wearing it a few times, I did not have that natural look. When I reached out to Smooche, I received a refund for the foundation. Genrev was very helpful and professional.

Amazing customer service April has gone beyond any employee and resolved an issue I encountered not with the product at all.
