Sore losers

I"ve been playing on this site for over a year. At first it was a great site to play even though the odds are stacked against you. They have some great games. I suddenly hit a luck streak and won a over $30K in a 4 month period. I am supposedlye a VIP/High Roller player. All of a sudden I was no longer eligible to receive bonus offers or cash back on lost wagers. In their infinite wisdom they categorized me as a skilled player and I no longer qualify for the perks. Now when I play I never win, and when I hit it I only hit a $150 max. A VIP/High Roller when I was losing, but not when I won.

I started at SlotsandCasino, where I was quickly labeled a "Skilled Player" and stripped of all promotions. I moved my business to their sister site, DuckyLuck, and after a short winning streak, the exact same thing happened: my promotions were removed and I was flagged again.

What most players don’t realize is that software providers like Rival offer casinos different Variable RTP (Return to Player) Tiers. The casino can stay "legal" by claiming they don't "rig" the slot machine code, but they are absolutely manipulating your specific account. By toggling your profile to a lower RTP tier (e.g., dropping from 96% to 88%), they can stay within "random" parameters while mathematically ensuring you have almost zero chance of hitting a big win or triggering features.

I tested this theory by returning to SlotsandCasino with a $380 raw cash deposit. The result was a statistical impossibility: hundreds of spins with ZERO bonus triggers or features. This is Feature Suppression in action. When I called them out, they tried to "bribe" me with a $150 free chip requiring a 40x wager ($6,000 playthrough) for a measly $150 max cashout. It is a transparent, mathematically impossible trap.

They don’t want winners; they want compliant losers. Once they flag your ID, they will manipulate your payout frequency until the game is dead.

I won, but it wasn't worth it

After looking at the promotions, I chose one that added 300% and awarded 100 free spins.

Once I did the deposit, I couldn't find where the free spins were so I contacted support to ask how to access them. was told they were not accessible until I completed the playthrough of $3,000 worth of gambling. This was on a $25 deposit. I did the playthrough, yes $25 lasted through $3k, and contacted support to ask where the spins were and was told that I had to do a withdrawal request before I could get access to the free spins.

Yes, I actually won enough to iniate a withdrawal. So I initiated the withdrawal, but I left a little in the account to play with, and then asked support about the free spins. Support said they would be available when I had a zero balance because I couldn't have more than 1 promo open at a time and that in addition to the withdrawal, my account had to have a zero balance.

So I play down to as close to zero as possible, $.02, and asked support about the spins. They told me they were only available in the first 10 days. I asked why the conditions kept changing. After reviewing the support chats they said that after my withdrawal was complete I should contact support and ask about the spins then, and that there should be some extra coins to make up for the hassle.

So I got my withdrawal and contacted support and this time I was told not only was there no extra coins, but that they couldn't give me the spins either.

I have closed my account.

I wish I had read the reviews before I put money in.

Bottom line, 2 conclusions.

1) yes I won, but not all money is good money. Gambling is supposed to be fun when you win. Here it is not.

2) if you do decide to put money in, don't expect them to honor their word.

I gave them a 2nd chance. I played through the spins. I won about $10 or so. I played that amount hoping the slots would be as good as when I had deposited previously, but unfortunately, not the case. I played it down to zero.

I have to give credit where credit is due. It was good that I received the 50 spins, but I consider that a half step in the correct direction.

I'm not sure if or when I might make a deposit, at least now the option is on the table. Maybe if I'm offered a really fat juicy promotion, I might.

Excellent Experience For Me

My experience with SlotsandCasino was extremely positive. I made a couple of small deposits which was easy. Verified my identify and I won a little bit of money. Ok - so I was mainly going..

Ok - so I was mainly going for the first promo welcome bonus thing to see if it worked. Made a small deposit which went through OK cos sometimes it doesn't with my credit card. So then the promotion went through and I was able to choose some games and play. The wagering is a little higher than other sites I play on, but the bonus was bigger too so I guess that's OK. I haven't made a withdrawal yet, so we'll see how that goes but overall it looks like a legit place and the one time I had to ask support about the comp points I got a reply like super fast.
