Sliding Sash Solutions Reviews

Andy Hiley is very courteous and easy to deal with. He understands what the customer wants and what the building requires. He managed the whole process extremely professionally and the standard of the work was first class. I wouldn't consider anyone else.

We couldn’t be happier with the work carried out by Sliding Sash Solutions on the windows at the Town Hall.

Dermot was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Working in a busy Council environment, with a packed schedule, we really appreciated how accommodating and flexible he was. He worked around us without any fuss and always conducted himself in a professional, polite and respectful manner.

The quality of his workmanship was exceptional. He did an amazing job refurbishing the windows, taking great care with the building and its character while delivering a fantastic finished result. It is clear that Dermot has a real talent for what he does, and his pride in his work really shows. He was also incredibly tidy throughout the whole process. He cleaned up after himself every day and, remarkably, left the area even cleaner than it had been before he started!

We genuinely couldn’t have been happier with the service and the finished work. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Sliding Sash Solutions to anyone.

A fantastic job from a genuinely talented tradesman. Thank you, Dermot!

The fitter who carried out the work was punctual, efficient, friendly and highly skilled. Everything was completed on time, at the agreed price. An excellent job all round.

Sliding Sash Solutions fitted a new timber sash window in our property. Great service, fitting and the window is lovely and high quality. Thanks to Andy and the team.

We’re really pleased with our recently completed Windows. We went from single glazed to double glazed without compromising on the look of our original windows and the difference in sound proofing and warmth is noticeable. Sam was great to communicate with and have around the house. We will be getting him back at a later point to upgrade some more windows!

Dermot was fantastic. The quality of the work was exceptional and he was extremely clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Once the date for replacing the windows was booked in then it was a great process. Andy Hiley was super courteous and helpful. The installation was smooth and clean (they used a lot of dust sheets) which I appreciated.

Fantastic service from Andy & his team, great communication, clean & tidy, and a really good job; would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

Andy and his team were very reliable, hardworking and completed the work efficiently with excellent attention to detail.

Reliable friendly service and beautifully finished window. Highly recommend.

Great, honest and expert service. Very reliable and courteous in my home

Excellent experience with Sliding Sash Solutions from start to finish. Every step was easy; from the initial visit to measure up and quote, to the work being carried out. Job ran to schedule and budget, the rooms were left hoovered and tidy at the end of each day, and the end results are great.
Definitely work speaking to Andy & Iain if your sash windows need a bit of TLC.

I would highly recommend Sam and his company. Our windows were refurbished to a high standard and in good time, and their customer service was excellent. The work was undertaken last year and we have since had a full winter, the work has made a big difference to the warmth of our home.

Exceptionally high standard of work, very tidy/no mess left behind. Conscientious and not concerned with extracting as much money as possible from customers, Andy & his team suggested various options to help fix the issues we were experiencing

Installation of replacement dormer casement windows was most efficienrtly executed, including arranging scaffolder and roofer.
End result is excellent.

Great work - excellent standard and was done quickly. Will definitely call them again in future!

We had a great experience with Dermot from Sliding Sash Windows in Cumbria. Our single replacement window was delivered and installed as scheduled. The look and quality of the product is excellent and Dermot did the installation to the highest standard and worked very cleanly. Dermot is a real professional who takes pride in his work and he was a pleasure to deal with throughout. As we will inevitably need to replace more windows in the future we will for sure be contacting him again and we are very pleased to highly recommend Sliding Sash Windows.

Great to have such good local company (Hertford). The springs on my sash windows had failed over time - the springs have been replaced and now the windows are as good as new. And with minimal disruption. Nice job tidily done.

We have used sliding sash solutions on a number of jobs, they have always been professional and delivered results in a impressive time, All client feedback from their visits have been positive. Will continue to use in future.
