It's not you guys
It's not you guys, it's the UK Postal Service. Item not recieved and the tracking is nonsense. Honestly, it's nothing against the shop, it's just not worth ordering from you anymore as the carrier is terrible.

Sent me wrong product and didn't care to replace it
They sent me the wrong product, and I called them immediately and sent them pictures. Now, about ten days later, I've only received a label to return the incorrect item, and they still don't care about sending me what I actually ordered. I tried to call them again two days ago, and for two hours, nobody picked up (then I gave up).
