The experience started poorly when the chatbot marked my order as "fulfilled," making me think they thought the item had been delivered when it hadn't arrived yet. It turns out it was stuck at a distribution centre.

I spoke to a human agent who was responsive but quite dismissive. When I asked about the delivery timeframe, I was told "I see what you see," which isn't very helpful. However, when I asked for a refund on the next-day delivery charge, they agreed to process it immediately... Though they made sure to tell me that next-day service isn't guaranteed.

Overall, I appreciate the quick refund, but the communication style could definitely be friendlier.

Purchased knee and elbow protectors but didnt arrive on time, wasn't until I chased that they got posted. Item was fine when arrived just took longer than expected, so niece disappointed she couldn't use her new roller boots on her birthday

They were the cheapest for what I was after and offered a free delivery. It arrived quickly and well packed. Very happy customer.

I went in as saw skateboards in the window and have been thinking of starting skateboarding for some time. I went in without a clue but the staff were super friendly and helpful, and talked me through the boards and let me try standing on them to get a feel for it. They were full of advice to share and clearly knew what they were selling which is always a sign of a good store. 10/10! Was only in there for like 10 minutes and it was one of the best shopping experiences of my life :)

Amazing, I’ve bought most of my pads from them over a few transaction. There was one return because I ordered a wrong size. Products arrive within 4-5.

Super customer service with very prompt response to queries and quick shipping. The prices of the protective knee, elbow and wrist pads were cheaper than the big boys the likes of Amazon so a far more satisfactory shopping experience.

Excellent service, bought a pair of Indy Forged Ti trucks 6 months ago and one of them recently snapped an axle, it just sheared. I emailed Black Sheep and got an immediate response, they contacted Indy and within a week I got a replacement truck.

Great comms from the team and super quick delivery. I ordered about 3pm and board was built and dispatched withing an hour or so and arrived the next morning.

Very reasonably priced. Only took a few days to dispatch items but waited two weeks for a refund. However, once I emailed them about the missing refund they quickly found the parcel and issued the refund. So very good customer service.
