I had a slightly difficult start as I was passed from one Solicitor to another but Jessica Lea who handled my case was great. She was very thorough and professional. Sadly the outcome wasn't successful and it has been a frustrating three years but Jessica tried her best. Unfortunately medical claims are very complicated and although we found a definite breach of duty on several occasions, the fact that I got a second opinion from another consultant actually worked to my detriment. I am disappointed in the legal system and do not feel I have justice but sometimes life is just unfair!

Recieved a positive outcome from my claim, thanks to Tina Wilson, who secured a nice settlement for my case when others had tried before. Simpson Millar are a good company, but it did take much longer to close my case then approximated in the beginning (4 years, versus an estimated 1-1.5). It was also a pain having various different litigators from Simpson Millar across the time they were dealing with this case. However, as soon as Tina was dealing with my case, I felt reassured and she did a great job to push everything through. I really appreciate her openness and ability to get the job done.

I brought a personal injury claim following a car accident, which should have been reasonably straight forward as the other driver admitted full responsibility The first solicitor I instructed did nothing except take my money (I didn't do"no win no fee") and lose my medical notes. The second had an uphill struggle as he wasn't given much information by the first one, until his firm was taken over by the current one.
The new (current) solicitor contacted me by phone as soon as the transfer was complete and introduced himself when.I was immediately reassured. Things soon started to move in a good direction,and now a satisfactory settlement has been reached.
I cannot fault the service which I have received; most importantly being kept informed throughout of the progress of the claim. If the solicitor was not available I was always able to speak to his colleague.
I understand that I am not allowed to mention names, but you know who you are!

Repeatedly lied, refuse to speak to you, refuse to deal with complaints, all working from home and have terrible communication, customer service and manners and it's all automated do not expect empathy
Re their response, another cold email with no call ignoring everything discussed, and repeating result of previous complaint. So far it's misleading me. Refusing to communicate, not listening, and very little to resolve situation. Just what I need
