I enjoy cooking with Simply Cook recipes, I'm not a natural cook and these recipes give me the confidence to cook different dishes for the occasions when I have to feed family and friends, and also try something different for myself too!
The Simply Cook team are amazing and went above and beyond when I became confused with the intervals between the arrival of their kits, and suggested a more suitable time frame. Their communication has been swift and friendly.

I’m so disappointed. I’d been looking forward to making healthier meals with their spice blend only to find they’ve got lots of sugar, syrup, maltodextrin, seed oils and starches in them. That’s not food, that’s toxic waste!

Had an unusual problem with an invoice and it was sorted out quickly, effectively, professionally and with a smile.

For me, the perfect solution is just being able to have the sauce and spice pots for the recipes, rather than all the fresh ingredients being delivered as well. I am often too busy or tired to cook from scratch. I had a short subscription to a fresh ingredients recipe box but it wasn't a good fit for me and led to extra food waste. For families, it's probably easier to get the whole shebang but for me, living on my own and where I can make decisions based on how I feel on the day, I much prefer to have a selection of recipes with their spices in advance and then I can cook them when I want. I don't struggle to find recipes I like from the available list and I'm a bit of a fussy eater. The subscription box arrives in the post, so no issues with waiting for a courier to arrive. Each recipe has 3 sauce/spice pots in a separate cardboard box for each recipe, so no delving through paper bags to work out which sachets or spices match with which recipes. You also get a recipe card for each recipe but they're also in the app and I find it easy to follow that way. With SimplyCook, I get to try dishes I wouldn't have tried before and then I can buy a larger amount of spices from the supermarket if I want to make it again or just order the same recipe in my next box. I tend to alter the cooking methods to make them simpler and I often use an air fryer, pressure cooker or slow cooker to make life easier for myself. While the outcome may not look exactly like the photo in the app, it always tastes great.

The boxes usually arrive within a couple of days of being ordered. They are really great and have been great for creating quick but very tasty meals.

I recently had an issue with Royal Mail having not delivered two of my boxes and Simply Cook dispatched replacements immediately to a different address and they arrived within 2 days.

The meals simply get better and better, we are absolutely thrilled with the range and quality of the offering. Initially somewhat reluctant, we are now real converts to the ease and variety on offer.

Couldn’t access my account with Simply Cook. E-mailed them for advice and had a fairly quick response . Didn’t resolve the problem but after several e-mails back and forth , then leaving it until the following day as advised , the problem was rectified . Customer Service persevered with me until a solution was found

I was really pleased with the service provided by Mia at simply Cook she was very helpful and friendly and resolved my issue very quickly I would like to add I was very happy in the way she handled my concern in a very caring and professional manner.

Great range of recipes that have increased my love of food and cooking. Helpful folk too

I am bedridden and with poor appetite, skipping meals, due to health problems, and feeling the need to start eating again. The recipes provided by simply cook are great for me. They dont take more then 20 minutes to prepare, which is ideal for me as i m in pain if up and about for longer then 30 minutes, and hey are tasty.
The service I got from this company was second to none, they do go beyond and above the line to cater to you personally, which i proper appreciate.

This company produces excellent ingredients along with reliable and straightforward instructions. The results are always delicious. We look forward to the tidy parcels arriving! Guidelines include possible adaptations to help decision making. The colour coded packaging is very helpful as is the handy shopping /checklist.
It would be very difficult and time taking to reproduce the spice mixes when we are busy and distracted. We learn a lot from trying new ideas. Simply Cook are very personable when making enquiries and always respond quickly which is very helpful and unusual these days. All in all it's very refreshing to find such a delightful idea with very accessible help. we can produce lovely unusual meals very quickly with Simply Cook. 10/10!

Been getting these meals for two years now and have to say Great choice of meals, fast delivery, easy to manage subscription and great customer service. I love these! Very tasty and great choice of ingredients, love coming home from work to cook nowadays, which I find very therapeutic! I would like to see some different ones now and again but all in all I find them great!

I bought the box initially to take on a self catering holiday, but we enjoyed them so much that we signed up for a regular delivery, I've enjoyed all of them so far but tonight we had the goan fish curry and it was amazing, absoluetly delicious, definately going to be a regular in our house

good customer service when I needed to change my recipe selection.

I was offered four food boxes for the price of postage as a free offer when I bought an item from Currys. I thought I would give it a try.. I completed all my personal details and bank details but once I had done this, I was then taken to a page where I had to pick how often I wanted simply cook to deliver food boxes every week every two weeks or once a month. There was no option for I do not want any boxes. I had to go onto their website and find out how to cancel the apparent subscription I had taken out. I had to login to the website and I was eventually able to cancel. At no time was I informedi would be taking out a subscription to Simple Cook. The only positive I can say is they refunded the postage quickly. Free Offer - Be wary. (After my initial complaint the replied saying ’as a favour can you leave a review’ which I advised I wouldn’t as I didn’t have anything good to say about them. After my second complaint about another postage sum appearing as ‘Pending’ in my bank statement, which they have said wasn’t generated by them, they again asked for a review. Well here it is - devious, underhand, desperate. You're welcome.

Wow these boxes are AMAZING! We’ve been using them for over a year now and no complaints. The recipes are delicious and varied and always feel pretty healthy too. They’re quick to cook, never more than an hour total with prep time and require minimal effort after a days work which is ideal. Would 100% recommend!
