Great customer service

We enjoy cooking, and eating, our Simply Cook meals and have been using this way to create our from scratch meals for some time. If you need to contact them about a problem or to put a subscription on hold for a period of time, as I have done today, you always receive a prompt and courteous reply. They are always happy to help.

Lewis and all customer service team…

Lewis and all customer service team were amazing!
They have helped me restore my access to the website when I decided to restart my orders. For some reason I couldnt do it myself so I contacted them. Based on the experience and the food I have cooked before with their seasonings, I can honestly say to anyone thinking of subscribing - do it!

Ordered a free box

Ordered a free box, and paid the postage. Now to find out they have taken money out of my bank for something I don’t want. Set up in to a subscription that I didn’t want or need. This free box is misleading and a joke. Avoid this con at all cost wast of time.

Update: thanks for the reply but this is miss selling looking at all of you 1 star reviews that are all about the same thing taking money that is not yours

Free box what a joke

Applied for the free box if I paid for postage. I now realise I have been signed up to some sort of subscription that I did not agree to. Money taken from my account on more then 1 occasion. This is hardly a free box of you are then putting me on a subscription. Not happy at all, and would never recommend.
Edit....I have cancelled but want my money back. Simply cook should never advertise as "free box" it's not free if they put you on a subscription to get it.

Excellent service

Excellent service, the recipe cards are clear and easy to follow and the herb and spice pots lift an ordinary meal to a delicious experience. We have enjoyed cooking the meals together and appreciate the ideas to swap or make the meal individual to taste 😋.

I have received you rely on here

I have received you rely on here, while I appericate your response, I have contacted you by email. And you have cancelled my account but you have not refunded back my £11.98. one I did not know it was a subscription as I did not see this and one I have not received any more packs. So what have I payed for..The email I sent has not addresses the money taken out of my account only to tell me it was a subscription that I did not do. And to tell me they cancelled my subscription... I feel let down and this put me off ever having to order anything from you again. While you review are good, I feel that my situation customer services have not been helpful and ignored the question I have asked... So now I am left with £11.98 taken from my account and no products how is this fair, and how can you ignore my questions... Are you going to refund back the money taken as I was not aware about the subscription? And also I have not received any more packs so what have o paid for?

I have read you reply and for starters I am receving your emails ant the last email I have received is that you have refunded me 50% of the £11.98 as I have been sent a pack.. I have not received any pack and have have not signed up to anything so first of all this was misleading ,second You have taken money from my account without my knowledge third is that I have not received any more boxes and we keep going around in circles. Are you going to give me a full refund?? This is just ridiculous.

We love SimplyCook

We love SimplyCook. We've subscribed for over a year now and we've never eaten so well. Vegetarian meals at restaurants are very very rarely as good as what we cook ourselves with these magic pots. They are ideal for when we dine as just two and equally good for when the family visit as they have instructions to expand for four and the addition of all the suggested 'extras' will accommodate six. It is all so much easier than finding recipes and mixing herbs and spices from scratch. Highly recommended.

Okay but not worth the money

While the pots are great and the flavours are very good, the peel off lids on most of mine did not peel off. I had to stick a knife in to get the contents out and you get in such a mess with the ingredients that way. Also, I was expecting step by step instructions on the recipe cards, a bit like hello fresh, but you need to prep all of your food beforehand. I also like that most of the packaging is recyclable.

Thank you for your review. Apologies for the issues with the pot lids! We have continued to gather feedback about this from our customers and have now made adjustments.

Stock is produced in large quantities so it will take a while for the new pots to be rolled out. For context, as some of the pots contain oil we found it hard to find a lid which sticks well but we think we’ve found a solution! Hopefully you should see a change within the next few months!

Highly recommend for flavour's and new ideas

I love simply cook, the flavours are excellent. I like that I still get to purchase my own ingredients and that the flavours/herbs/spices sent are able to be kept until ready to use. It's great to have monthly inspiration for new dishes the whole family can enjoy. I cannot recommend enough for quality, variety, top service and price. Give it a try!

Great customer service

Great customer service, to go with a great product.!
I had a problem with the arrival of one of my boxes after we couldn't find it they kindly resent the box (which I didn't expect !) Very kind and friendly when dealing with it, couldn't be happier.
The boxes are a great idea, fabulous way to impress friends with my new 'Skills' in the kitchen and always so quick you don't miss out when preparing the dinner and have NEVER had one that hasn't been spot on. Brilliant.
