Be careful ordering from this company
Be careful ordering from this company. Free shipping is included in the order but when you try to return the item because it did not meet expectations, you are asked to pay the shipping fee back to Australia. A simple over the shoulder bag that cost $35.00 costs more than $100 to return. This is a great win win for the company, but now I am stuck with a bag I am not happy with and will most likely give away.

Poor quality pillow fastening system.
I had been considering this purchase for many months. The neck pillow looks good but has a very weak fastening system. I have tried to match the entire lenght of 'velcro' but it still pops off. I am very slim. I would not trust the pillow for a long haul flight as is. Instead I will be applying some ribbon fastening to make it hold. I should not have to do this.

Simplify Living - Luggage Wheel Protectors
Great product but arrival was a little slow so usage missed the actual trip I was purchasing it for but it will definitely be used for future travel. The product is very easy to install - over the top of existing wheels it will extend the life of my luggage wheels reducing unnecessary landfill and waste (when the remainder of the luggage is perfectly fine)

Service and delivery was excellent. I have bought many products from Simplify Living in the past but the latest purchase cements my dislike of online stores.
Product image online is enhanced to look great but the actual bag is horrid. Waste of money and it’s in the charity box now.

Amazing customer service!!
Ordering was so easy and the communication about my order was superb. In fact, I had made an error in my order and immediately emailed the company to see if they could correct it and they did immediately! I was so impressed. My order arrived earlier than expected, which was an added bonus. I haven’t yet had a trip to try out my new Crossbody bag, but I’m getting it all set up. I’m very excited for its features such as the RDIF protected pocket, the locks on the zipper poles and being able to charge my phone through the charging port. Can’t wait for my next trip even more now!

Packing cubes are nowhere near as good as advertised barely can put one set of clothes into a bag
Delivery was painfully slow, their tracking app is next to useless!
These packing cubes are expensive & just not worth the money. I do not recommend them at all

Better than a handbag
I bought two anti theft cross body bags for my partner and myself. We are now in Vietnam and have used them every day, they are so great, they have many compartments, which are very deep and hold lots of your valuables, like passport, wallet, travel documents, sunglasses and other items that you need to have quick access to. I would recommend them to everyone.
