The 30-day refund is great and the customer service was very prompt at providing details on how to return the casual anti-theft bag I purchased; however the return shipping is not included. The cost would have been $68.34 with tracking. That’s more than the cost of the bag. This is all outlined in the return policy, so nothing was hidden, just be sure to read the details

As much as I would like to support a family run local business, the TravelMate Water-Resistant Charging Backpack (Black) I received was faulty and not worth the $65 I paid for it. The zipper was not working correctly and much worse was the horrible chemical smell coming from the bag. Even after washing it and having it hang outside in fresh air for over one week, it still stinks. I had hoped to be able to ship it back for a refund for free due to the fault, but they said I would be liable for shipping costs which are expensive. So I agreed to a partial refund but I am regretting this since the bag will go into the bin. The only good experience was the speedy replies from their customer service, however the product is absolutely disappointing.

I bought the anti theft bag from an advert on Instagram. The bag arrived promptly but was exactly the same as the ones on Temu and Alibaba exept I paid $45 while Temu sell them for $13!!

Their advertisement popped up on a Facebook feed and I was skeptical however they say who they are and they live up to what they say. Easy to order, excellent communication, products were received as told by the company and the products are exactly as they are described in the descriptions. I'm looking forward to travelling with these items

An update; thanks Trustpilot! My refund has been received following an email letting SimplifyLiving that i had posted a negative review.
I ordered a bag from what I thought, from all the hype, was an Australian company. My bag was supposed to come from Brisbane so once I ordered the company was quick to tell me that my order was being processed. 10 days later, after a number of emails, it was discovered that my bag was out of stock. In order to move forward I accepted another colour and delivery happened within days. However, my $39 bag is of such poor quality, I can say that I would not pay $10 if I saw the bag in a store. I returned the bag, they received the bag now 7 days ago but no refund despite further emails! Don't buy from this company! I am tired of being swindled with online purchases and now plan to only buy from familiar companies or in store. If purchasers toughen up now it might make companies improve their behaviour.

Great looking backpack. It has everything you need. Unfortunately the airline I am flying with has different sized carry on than most of the others. I will definitely use it for other trips.
It took a while to reach me, but I was expecting that, and it was delivered within the delivery window they gave me.

Ordered 2 crossbody bags, pink and blue. Always wary about ordering from a new company but I didn’t need to worry. Both bags arrived sooner than expected and exactly as shown in advert. Vibrant colours, well made, secure and sturdy. I’m extremely pleased and will certainly use this company again in the future.

Shipping and customer service is good but product not as advertised. The bag said it has RFID protection and that's the main reason why I bought it. My bag definitely does not have RFID protection. I tested the bag using NFC enabled phone. The phone was able to scan through the bag for the card.
Edit: The reply I got. Doesn't change the fact that my bag is not RFID
