I recently brought a necklace that I’d been looking at for ages, unfortunately the chain was quite thin and ended up breaking twice but when seeing and speaking to Jess she helped me to choose a different chain and replaced it for me. I placed an order for a pair of earrings whilst i was on holiday and i accidently selected to collect from store when i wanted the earrings to be delivered to my home address. I messaged to explain my mistake and i received a reply almost immediately to say not to worry and that they would post the earrings to my home address . They also delayed posting until the day before i returned from my hols .. Thank you Emma from Brighton store .
