I accidentally ordered my earrings to be collected at the store, one quick email to Silverado asking for it to be changed to my home garnered a super quick response, 'no worries at all' and the earrings arrived at home in the next couple of days - no charge for postage. I purchased an egift card as a gift, I wanted to print it to put it in a gift bag rather than send it via an email. I contacted the shop who were very helpful and said the manager would look into it. This was right at the end of the day. The manager resolved it for me, and emailed me that evening. Excellent service, friendly and efficient. I love their jewellery and have purchased many items over the years, and now love giving egift cards as gifts. Would recommend visiting the shop in Bond Street.
