Please BEAWARE
Purchased a hair dryer but after 6 months it stopped working. Contacted Silk'n who responded straight away asking me to return the item so their team could look into the problem. They received the item quickly as it was all tracked but its been nearly 3 weeks and totally ghosted by them. I've sent 3 emails asking for an update but absolutely nothing. I'm so upset by this, the hair dryer was alot of money and I'm completely at a loss what to do now. I would never buy another product from them ever again

Love the product - LED EMS Face Mask. I am addicted to it. And the customer service is super quick and helped a lot. Thank you so much! Fast shipping, delivered in just few days. Would recommend to everyone. Love the LEDs, was hesitant if I needed EMS too, but can confirm you wont miss out with this, there are a lot of intensity levels so far I can only handle level 3, the feeling is definitely great, I can feel the face muscle contractions. Love the product and the company is professional and high level.

I placed an order with Silk’n and shortly after requested a refund. Customer support claimed they couldn’t locate my order number, despite me providing all the details. Since then, I’ve received no response — completely ghosted. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Product looks good but are still havn’t completely solved the toll issue I had where I received a bill for 1/3 of the price of the product. I will be very happy when this is resolved. Have emailed the information you wanted so hope this will be resolved soon as I have little time left if I need to outlay money for the tax bill.

Extortionate postage cost
I ordered 1 pack of 4 replacement silknsmile brush heads. I was charged £7.95 postage which is outrageous given the size of the item. They arrived in a huge cardboard package. If I could have bought them elsewhere I would have. I feel a cheaper postage option should have been offered for such a small item. I would not recommend buying the toothbrush because of this problem when purchasing new brush heads. Very disappointing customer service

Good product - wrong plug for UK/IE
Good product so far. Light weight and good on thick long hair.
I selected Ireland on the website and delivery was to Ireland but the hair dryer came with an EU plug. Need to get adapter myself and it was a present which made it a little disappointing.

The day the shipment was supposed to arrive, I got note that the address was incomplete!?!?
So I completed it and everything started from square one...

really poor service
I ordered a product on 16th November 2024.
Next day delivery.......10th December 2024 now and still haven't received my product despite numerous emails to customer service. They tell me the order originally got lost in their system, then it had been shipped, now the order still hasn't arrived and the communication has dried up.
Not a happy customer at all....
