Bad stock managment/excellent customer service
Negatives: bad stock management. Only got notified product was sold out days after buying.
Positives: customer service very proactive, and responsive. Got immediate refund, and on my suggestion, they said I'd be able to buy the same product with the same discount when available. Unfortunately, I didn't follow up on this because product will only be back in stock next year.

I ordered the Silk'n Sonic Toothbrush in rose gold and I'm impressed. I find that it is better than my Oral B electric toothbrush. I have sensitive teeth and gums for reference. It's overall a great toothbrush. I love that it charges with USB-C so I wont have to bring multiple chargers when traveling and that the brush heads comes with a container.

I ordered some things, and never got them, i talk with the customer service but they did not help, i used 5 hours on them, and they says that i would get a mail and the money back later that day. Now tre days later and still nothing, i have tried all day to get in touch with them, but no answer again.

I originally left a negative review as the LED neck mask had suddenly stopped working. I did contact customer service and was not satisfied that they had addressed the issue. Then I spoke to Sascha who then directed my concerns to Alexander who called me and promised a new device would be sent directly. I received it today and would like to thank both Alexander and Sascha for their excellent customer care and for sorting out this issue both promptly and efficiently. Can’t ask for anything more.

I placed an order on October 8th and, as of October 31st, have yet to receive it. I reached out multiple times, only to be told that the issue lies with the courier service and to "just wait." a few days more .Three weeks of waiting for a resolution with no clear timeline for delivery is unacceptable.
The lack of proactive communication or any attempt to expedite the situation highlights poor customer service. I expected much more from this company, and sadly, I’ve been left with nothing but frustration.

I sent an item back 6 weeks ago. The new slim device for eyes and lips.It was useless or faulty. I refuse to
keep bowing to ridiculous return procedures. Get Authorization or report faults in 2 days. Its not a 75 inch
TV. It's a £99 device.Not a word from them because I just paid to send it back myself and that's the last I heard from them. I will put a charge back to the Credit card Company

I ordered from their website. There was a delay and i wrote to them giving them the order number, these people says they can't locate my order with my order number. It's the most crazy thing I've ever experienced. Now I'm clueless what to do about this.

So after some days of my complain. I did received my order and silkn compensated me with a 50€ worth of gift. I'm grateful for the resolution.

I order the silkyairflex, didn’t work well was giving error! When pressed On started for a second and gave error in all plugs at home after speaking with the costumers service they answered they will send me a new device when arrived was not what i bought! Was the silkystraight! Iam not happy at all iam so disappointed! as I live in Switzerland I can’t call so I need to wait an answer by email. I really wished to have what i bought and ofcourse that works well! Losing time because I could bought here with another brand :(
