Don't use ENGEAGUIAR

The shuttle service I signed up for, Engeaguiar was terrible. The communication was minimal and there were no suggestions to fix the problem. Was cheaper to book 3 lyft rides for our group.

A very positive experience

A very positive experience:

* driver waited close to an hour as our plane was delayed, 5 int. flights arrived simultaneously causing massive congestions passport/luggage carousels and our missing luggage had to be tracked down.
* exemplary fleet options
* vehicle was clean (inside and out), in well maintenanced shape
* driver was very friendly, relaxed and helpful and did a great job navigating through chaotic DC traffic! She was from Portugal, so us coming from Europe (Germany) she was upbeat to meet us. (I gave her my last 20 Euros for her next trip home).

** coming from Europe, we greatly appreciated knowing that the advertised price was all inclusive. Europeans are not used to the tipping like Americans, also, sales tax is mandatory in all pricing (Germany: 19%). Your all inclusive pricing policy genders trust.

** also the communication process of you contacting us after landing and then keeping communication up till we boarded the car - was very encouraging!
Just experiencing we are continously on your radar erases anxiety!
*** Never experienced this level of communication in the past 50 years of extensive travel! A much appreciated first in customer care!!

Suggestions:
„The good is the enemy of the better“

- I suggest that you monitor the inbound flight of your customer to see if any delay can be detected.
In my case the delay to land was close to 2 hours, not including the delay due to in house congestions = translates into postponed estimated time I would be able to meet up with your driver.

: By looking into the airports arrival ap, you could reschedule your pick-up time and efficiently optimize your fleet dispatch.

: This precludes asking your client not only when he is scheduled to arrive but also to ask at what time he needs to be at his next drop off destination (or when he needs to be on his connecting flight).

In my case you would have had an extra hours for the pick-up, as my connecting flight from Reagan was not till 9:20 PM, meaning having me at Reagan at 8:00 PM would have given you an extra 4 or more hours calculated from the original time of landing at Dulles = you could have squeezed another customer in that time slot.
Checking in a flight schedule to calibrate if the time slot is still current takes only few minutes. Time that you could appropriate to an effective dispatch = money!

: As you „only“ allow for one hour of delay after the alloted pick-up time before charging:

by being able to negotiate a rescheduled the pick-up time, you and your customer both benefit!
Especially if the delay is caused by „higher forces“ beyond the control of the customer.

- of course tardy customers should not be „rewarded“ by keeping the driver waiting unnecessarily!

I realize that my suggestions preclude a company-client cooperation on highest level, especially in streamlined communication.

My experience in my line of work taught me that reliable continuous communication is not a given with every customer, all the same, when it works - it will translate into customer loyalty and the most effective of all advertisement: „mouth-to-mouth“.

Awful service do not use

Try talking to a CS Rep - NOT existent. I feel this company is a scam. Needed to make a change to a reservation, no response to several emails. Email to driver came back in Chinese. Tried leaving a message NO call back. Tried staying online NO options to talk to a person. Awful business. Trying BBB next. Do not recommend

I booked serval days in advance and was…

I booked serval days in advance and was stranded at the airport because they didn’t show up! I had to spend the last of my money on a really expensive Lyft! Still can’t get ahold of anyone for my refund either! I’m so disappointed and pissed off for the awful service! They stole my money too! DONT EVER USE THEM!

Use a different company!

The one star is for ease of use. The driver did not show up and the payment has already been taken off my credit card. There was no contact from the driver, and I waited in the correct area, as specified. NOT IMPRESSED

I had a flight delay for the following day. I called the local transfer in Seattle. They stated to reach out to main company( shuttle finder). I’ve called and emailed with no response. All I wanted was either a rescheduled shutter service or a refund and I have yet received either
