This review is based solely on customer…

This review is based solely on customer service as I did not use the car ride. I realized once arriving at my destination late Friday that I would not be staying at that particular hotel and wanted to cancel or reschedule to be picked up somewhere else, however, when calling the number for customer service on my email The recording stated this was no longer their number and gave out another contact phone number. By this time it was after 5 PM and the new number recording let me know that they would not handle any more. Customer service calls until Monday at 9 AM. My pick up time was for 9:40 AM And when reaching out to them on late notice to cancel, they said it was too late that they require 24 hours notice. I would think that a company offering this service would have someone manning the phones over the weekend. I even tried to respond via email and it bounced back. If someone had just responded, I could have switched my pick up location, but that was not the case.

The experience was good

The experience was good. They were prompt and courteous . The only issue was we were expecting a van and a suv was what we got. We felt really cramped during our ride with luggage pressed around us.

This is the way to go when traveling to NYC

This is the way to go when traveling to NYC! Great prices, great professional drivers, NO STRESS. So happy we booked this stuff before we got to New York. They consistently monitor your flight information and are on top of getting you back to the airport with plenty of time.

Booking was quite easy

Booking was quite easy. You may need to rethink the timeframe for the DC metro area. Traffic extremely busy during the early morning rush-hour. My flight to Ethiopia would require you to be a little bit earlier to get me to the airport. And then since I’m coming home from an international flight, the agent waiting for me would have to wait a little bit longer because I’m coming through customs. As everybody knows coming through customs, the line is extremely long. Just a friendly FYI, but other than that, everything is cool. I’m waiting to get that adjustment from your group now so that I can get there on time a little bit earlier and then the return flight that the agent does not leave prematurely.
