He had great communication

He had great communication; I loved the fact that I had contact the night before and was very responsive. Very Kind and a great experience overall.

Changed our pick up time

I asked for a 9:30 am pick up and the cruise port and the company changed it to a 12:30 pm pick up due to our flight time. We had to find another way to the airport so we didn't have to sit outside for 4 hours.

It wasn’t what I paid for

It wasn’t what I paid for , I paid for a party bus and got a sprinter for the first ride that fits 11-14 people and on the way back to our vehicles they sent me a SUV THAT SITS 5 people and I had a party of 9 so we all had to uber back to Oakland from San Francisco you guys should be a shame of your selfs . I should be refunded my money back.
