Forgot about us on the return trip.
The Florida shuttle service we used (round trip) didn't pick us up on our return trip. We ended up having to get our own Uber, which is all that the service was doing.

Changed our pick up time
I asked for a 9:30 am pick up and the cruise port and the company changed it to a 12:30 pm pick up due to our flight time. We had to find another way to the airport so we didn't have to sit outside for 4 hours.

It wasn’t what I paid for , I paid for a party bus and got a sprinter for the first ride that fits 11-14 people and on the way back to our vehicles they sent me a SUV THAT SITS 5 people and I had a party of 9 so we all had to uber back to Oakland from San Francisco you guys should be a shame of your selfs . I should be refunded my money back.
