ORDER NEVER FULFILLED - MONEY GONE - NO COMMUNICATION
Placed a large order at 8th April - already 5 weeks have passed. Payment was taken via bank transfer straight away and I received an order confirmation email, but after 5 weeks still no dispatch update or communication. I followed up by email with no response at all. I have already ordered from them and everything was fine before, but not this time. Customer Service if you can check my order: 81212, please initiate the instant REFUND and answer to my EMAIL!!!!!
