Ordered hoodie for birthday present. 10 days later still not received and can't get response to any of my messages. Shocking customer service

I wouldn’t use this company again. Poor website page. I have ordered items, money quickly debited from account. No way to track your order. Overall poor experience. I’m still waiting for my order since 28th November

Ordered 4 Polar Express hoodies and just wow. Quality Fantastic, Logos very professionally done and hoodies very true to size. 100% will buy from Mini VIP again.

I paid via PayPal and it came up ‘fade wear ‘ - didn’t received a thanks for your order or anything - I just googled fade wear and they apparently were dissolved in 2020 !!!!

Products were well made good quality and perfect sizing aswell would definitely use again 💯%

Bought matching pjs for me my partner and family, only one of them came back personalised and we’re all different shades of red would not order again

I ordered x6 Polar Express Hoodies and realised that by my own mistake I had my timings wrong on when needed by and i needed to ugrade the postage
The business returned my messenger question and even though this was my fault and they wouldn't have arrived if by my ordering time they understood and prioritised my order so it would arrive for our visit

I am very greatful to them and really do send my thanks

They arrived in beautiful quality and all sizings were correct.

Great value for money and swift delivery definitely Order again

Suspect these may be scammers, avoid at all costs. Ordered with "express delivery" 2-3 days on 31st October. Messaged the following day asking for tracking to make sure it would arrive by the Friday as needed the items for the weekend. No response and now a week and a half on. Messaged asking to cancel, also ignored. Taken our money and disappeared, payment dispute has had to be raised through the bank.

Was a little worried about shopping off an advert I saw on fb. But they are fantastic I’m a 4 times returning customer now. I love the personalised clothing and it’s all really high quality with a quick delivery. I even stupidly made a spelling mistake in my order and they picked up and emailed me to see if it was a accident, it was and they waited for me to reply which I really appreciate as most companies run the items through a machine and it’s tough luck if you spelt it wrong. Not shop mini vip, amazing customer service and very reasonably priced I have no complaints and will order again.

Ordered 4 hoodies from this company tried ringing dosent work sent loads emails no responce at all I'm thinking this could be a scam paid for express delivery to but guess what I have recieved them today but there communication is disgusting no wonder people are panicking thats what let's the company down

Ordered from here multiple times before. This time I paid £64.99 and now no tracking number, no correspondence to my emails, tried contacting via Facebook messenger nothing. I ordered these bits for my little boys 5th birthday and yest they still haven't come
