Excellent service

7 months ago I ordered an item and I never received it! I messaged numerous times with no response!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! Thieves!!

I ordered a set which was trousers, t-shirt and sweatshirt in navy and grey, size 3 - 4. When it arrived the t-shirt and jumper are clearly different colours, when I emailed I was told that it states on the website that colours may vary across sizes due to different manufacturers, I’ve since pointed out it is all the same size but not had a reply. I won’t purchase from them again and I would caution anyone hoping for the picture perfect ‘matching’ set to avoid also. Terrible customer service and cheap items.

Ordered a personalised easter bag for my grandsons first Easter. Was over the moon with it when it arrived, lovely quality and size well worth the money.

Bags were lovely but stuck together due to the pressing I assume took some time to be able to open them up

Item came with wrong name on was told a replacement would be made on 2nd March - no contact since then tried all ways of contacting and no reply too see if it has even been made yet . Customer service really not great I’ve bought so much from them aswell

Do not order from here. They will send incorrect item and then fail to reply to countless emails to rectify! Happy to take your money but won’t respond to send the correct item ordered

Made first order and it was wrong
So I sent an email saying I made a mistake
Then reordered again
Money was sent straight back to my account and my order came through

I'm loathe to leave this review as the items received were of good quality and weve been gifted items from them before also good howover on this occasion what I ordered and what I received were not the same and their website says the phone line is no longer in use so to email the sales team. I did this back on the 10th Jan and still have not had a response.

I purchased a Christmas Eve board for my son in August, despite numerous emails regarding my order this item never arrived.
I will now try to get a refund! Am really disappointed and would certainly never look to order from them again and would urge others to be cautious!

Personalised pyjamas for my daughters birthday never turned up. Zero response from company after initial order. Tried emailing, socisl media etc, just nothing back. Luckily got my money back from bank after raising dispute. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time with these crooks

Chose and paid for express delivery as website said it would be here by 15th. No updates on tracking and response to my multiple messages on multiple platforms.
