I ordered from Shopzey and even though I had paid my order via card the delivery driver refused to let me have my order because there was a mistake saying cash order even though the money had already been taken out of my account.

Delivery drivers are very polite, orders are 99% good .
But your delivery price has gone up and some of your products . Plus the deals have gone down hill . So unless it's an emergency I will not be ordering as often as I have over the past 2 years
