First and last time I ordered with MyTime. They work with DPD. The absolute worst delivery service in my region. I even hesitated ordering due to that. But against my better judgement, I ordered a few things and paid with PayPal.
I was home, when the package should have arrived. But nobody rang the door. After I received the delivery Mail, I checked outdoors. Nothing.
So I contacted MyTime. After a few days they asked me if the package arrived and ghosted me, after my second and third answer. Not even the option of checking with DPD was offered.
So I contacted PayPal and they checked everything with MyTime. I am very disapointed to say, I have not received my money back, because according to the delivery status everything was delivered.
Will not order with MyTime again.

The order process and the timely delivery was really smooth, and I look forward to shop very soon. Thanks for your honesty

My time has good prices, its a pity they choose to use such a bad delivery service. The first order from them arrived broken. This order did not arrive at all, DPD says they left it at my front door. Not possible. I'm out of money and an order. The second and last time I'll be ordering here. Order 5102803875

I ordered monthly in the past, 5 times, and the products were delivered at the same address.
Except for my last order, when I got this mail instead of my paid for items: "Bestellung mytime.de: Ihr Paket zur Bestellung 5102800504 konnte aufgrund einer fehlerhaften Adresse nicht zugestellt werden."
I haven't changed anything in my registered address on the site. I got delivery from same company 5 times before, at my registered address!
Now what?

We ordered from them 10 glasses of the nice Dutch apfelmus. 750 grand losses, 10 of them we’re just pack like this without any protection in the box where I would send not even choose a way of course it was damaged everywhere was glass pieces and Apfelmus. I sent three emails out to complain because we paid for 10 but most of them were damage so not ones that came back to me with the answer. This is an absolutely bad service I never ever buy anything and price. Why absolutely nothing cheap or better pricing this place

On schedule, perfectly packed and literally everything was on point! I loved the free chocolate cookies given too. Definitely would be ordering from this website.

I received the first package after 3 days and the second one was delivered over a week later days after they said it would. They never contacted me to inform me of the delay. I was in quarantine so had to keep ordering takeout and wasting money. Never ordering from this terrible company again. If you want anything within a reasonable time don't trust them because they won't even let you know it's delayed.

first of the delivery took forever and kept being pushed back. I got no confirmation email from the company, I also wrote them an email asking when my delivery would arrive and got no answer. One of the products I ordered weren't in the package. Disappointing to say the least.

Disgusting, old bananas and tomatoes. Ridiculous amount of plastic. The experiment ends with this...

NEVER AGAIN. Here's why:
- *Ridiculous* amounts of packaging for every single item, even bread! A complete&huge waste of resources. I've never recycled that much carton, paper and bubblewrap in my life, all for a measly grocery order. These guys are to online supermarkets like China is to the world right now, in terms of environmental disaster produced.
- Their customer service is ZERO: my emails are unresponded for over a week
- Huge delivery time windows - have to be at home for >5h to wait for your order.
- Can't make any more changes to your order between placing it and delivery day (which can be any number of days, during which you are stuck with the order you made, now 'frozen' on their website)!
- No substitutions for items unavailable on the day!
