Everything comes quickly if you order from flash, clothes have always been good quality and also durable as far as my experience has been. I have Cider stuff that is over 5 years old and still looking good as new :)

solidly helpful customer service and offered a store credit refund without me having to ship back item so i can buy the correct size, unfortunate the original size didn’t fit as i’d hoped :( but thank you to Cider for making it right!

Very poor service
Very poor service. Emails are not properly read or handled. I have been waiting for a refund for a returned item for two months. They are making the loss of the item in their own warehouse my problem and are just stringing me along. The receipt of the item was confirmed to me via chat, but this is being completely ignored. No goodwill whatsoever.

Curve sizes available
I really appreciate that the shop cares about curve girls, they have a lot of clothes available to non-typical women. Some dresses come in sizes ranging from XS all the way up to 5XL - a very unusual size range. The materials are not the highest quality, on the other hand, I can't really complain about the quality of the stitching. I may recommend shopping here, just check the photos in the reviews before ordering anything
