I was gifted with two beautiful dresses which unfortunately did not fit. We had passed the window of return so I contacted customer service and they were able to help with returning them. Great customer service!

I’be been waiting for a refund for months. Both parcels were sent in JUNE and I’ve not been contacted regarding my return. When I try and chase it up the automatic customer service team can’t help me. I want my money back now!!

I haven’t received my order yet, but oh my gosh! Costumer support has truly been so very helpful! I made an order for my elopement dress with heels, a dress for my fiancé’s BCT grad with cute flats and I realized I had put the wrong size down for one of my items. Nice clothes and good service
Everything comes quickly if you order from flash, clothes have always been good quality and also durable as far as my experience has been. I have Cider stuff that is over 5 years old and still looking good as new :)
