Just got my Blaze R. So far, so good. The watch itself seems well made. Better than the off brands. The app could be better but it may be just a thing to get used to. No complaints.

Just got the watch

Just got the watch, so far everything is fine. Every step so far has paired up perfectly and easy. I like the way it looks and its my first watch in 40 years so hopefully everything continues to be as easy as set up was.

First off the watch is amazing

First off the watch is amazing. Now the not so fun part, I ordered the blaze ultimate pack. Ist missing the extra watch bands and most importantly the metal band. I will contact carbinox and let them know. I'm sure they will fix the problem. Will update when I here from carbinox

Order this product on May 10

Order this product on May 10, 2026. Paid to skip to head of the line because I’m on the road lot and shipping protection as well as 3-5 delivery. It’s now May 18th I’ve emailed them 3 times, only to find out that you have verify the email so you can get generic message from Jose/joe saying that the mail was read by an AI bot. Unprofessional. I can’t even call them to speak to them so we can figure why I paid for all this and USPS has the label but they haven’t even sent them my order. Maybe these people will get their heads out their stink hole and stop the AI bot and look at their damn orders. Reach out to their customer to issue their refunds.

Buying from Amazon was great

Buying from Amazon was great. Set up on the watch was very simple. App appears to be user friendly. Just got it up and going but so far very easy to use.

Update:
Had given it 5 stars and everything went so smooth and great. But after the second night, the watch face stopped working. I could not get it to turn off or restart. None of the buttons worked and the watch face would only give me a weird faded messy screen when it wasn’t completely dark. Will be returning.
