Love the watch just got it today, let’s see but for the moment everything is going smooth

Watch is great its made well and super easy to use no complaints at all

Wonderful device.
It’s resistant and wonderful for everyday use and for running/gym.

Buying from Amazon was great. Set up on the watch was very simple. App appears to be user friendly. Just got it up and going but so far very easy to use.

Update:
Had given it 5 stars and everything went so smooth and great. But after the second night, the watch face stopped working. I could not get it to turn off or restart. None of the buttons worked and the watch face would only give me a weird faded messy screen when it wasn’t completely dark. Will be returning.

Customer service was great! Answered all my questions. Highly recommend this to anyone looking for a tough smart watch.

Easy to work with, watches are very impressive, got good weight to it.

So far so good. Just got the watch and it was easy to set up. My only issue now is trying to connect it to Google Messages. I like all the apps so far. I think they have better apps than my Garmin Fenix. Looking forward to it. Hopefully I can get my texts to show up....

Where do we start I ordered the watch at this point almost 2 months and at the time of order it said 3 to 5 days but I'm still waiting for anything about my watch coming then there customer service sucks and can't tell you any information. And I trying to get a refund is a far cry from easy. And there system auto kicks most help requests. Idk how the actual watch is because I never actually got it. I wouldn't even suggest this company to my worst enemy.

Quality products, looks good, feels good. Excited to see how long it lasts.

Everything was easy to access and download. Set-up was clear and quick.

Shipping was a nightmare. And wrong watch was delivered. Even with emails reassuring me that the blaze type r was on back order but that they did get so in right after I asked for a refund, and was told I would get what I ordered but I did not get the one I ordered I got the blaze type s. I still gave stars due to the fact a watch did arrive.

Top notch company and even better product. I received my watch extremely quick with no problems at all. The package presentation is pure quality. I can't wait to start using it tomorrow. I will purchase again.

I like the watch alot it is everything I wanted and need

Just received the watch today and very impressed as I have an Apple Watch also and this is every it as good to me if not better. I purchased the round blazer and already thinking of purchasing the square. As far as bad customer service reviews nor sure why I set this up in a matter of minutes and I’m 54 years old. It seems to be built very well comes with a charger and screen protector. And the amount of dial faces is amazing. I would recommend.

This is my second Carbinox watch. I have had a Ranger for several years and love it. It has been used in a very rough environment for the entire time I have had it and is still working fine. I just wanted to upgrade. The Blaze R seems to awesome as well. Shipping was my only issue. The USPS is so very slow. It took about 18 days to receive it. I wouldn't mind paying a little extra with UPS in the future. Maybe some won't mind but I didn't care for that part. To end on a positive note, the watches are truly amazing!!
