Would Not Buy Again From Shoe Deals
I ordered boots from this vendor unaware of the legion of negative reviews. Product shipped promptly but did not fit. put back in box without wearing with all tags and labels still intact. Vendor acknowledged receipt of item and stated a refund had been processed. nothing was posted . I had filed a disputed charge claim with Citibank to protect myself. Now Shoe Deals says they cannot refund as long as the dispute is filed, and I must cancel the dispute before they will issues a refund. So I will let Citicards deal with it. Would never order from this vendor again.

Don't order
Don't order. Sandals faulty and not like advertised. Come from China and only offer 20% refund. I put the sandals in the bin and will not get caught out again. I don't know how people can be like this.
Advertising false not the same as you…
Advertising false not the same as you receive. Absolutely unbelievable utter poor quality and a load of rubbish avoid this so called company like the plague. They will take your money and expect you to be happy for sending you the cheapest Chinese rubbish.dont waste your money.
I keep seeing this company advertising…
I keep seeing this company advertising on Facebook and keep posting not to order from this company but each and every time my message disappears. I just wished people would Google these companies on Facebook before they even think about ordering. The saying goes, if it sounds too good to be true, then it probably is.
No stars
I ordered some boots in mid November. No confirmation of order and have sent two emails and no reply. Wish I had read the reviews first. Scam company 😡
Don't touch with a bargepole
Don't touch with a bargepole, they appear to be scammers and their guarantees are worthless. Ordered trainers in November, still not arrived and all e mails sent still unanswered. Lost £ 17.99 and will put it down to experience, always check these companies out first

Terrible company
Terrible company, my mother ordered shoes and they were never delivered, apparently Evri had lost the parcel but instead of a refund shoe outlet still took half her money as they had incurred a loss due to Evri losing the parcel!absolute joke when someone orders something that never gets delivered and you rip them off anyway, shameful,DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Disappointed ☹️
Waterproof shoes ordered on 22/11/24 and still waiting on 8/12/24! I did not read reviews until now, and very disappointed that I have fallen for a scam ☹️ I am hoping these will turn up.
Absolute scammers
On this occasion the company used the name "Jones Shoes" and I understand they have other names too.
The shoes were the wrong size, badly sewn so they were mis-shapen and one was wider than the other.
A 10%, then 20% discount were offered as postage to China is expensive. I tried Paypal who were useless and said as long as I sent the goods back, I could get a refund and their protection doesn't cover postage. As I'd gone through PayPal I could no longer even claim the discount, if it was ever really going to happen.
Bought 2 pairs of shoes at £19.99 each
Bought 2 pairs of shoes at £19.99 each. I ordered ex wide fitting and Iin a bigger size. They wouldn't fit and I requested a return and full refund. They offered me a 15% refund and said I could keep the shoes. I declined the offer. Then they said I'd have to pay the postage to return them to an address in China and reminded me this could be expensive. I will be persisting with my refund request.
shoeoutlet uk and bsore…
It turns out shoeoutlet uk and bsore are the same or work together anyway do not expect anything good or worth the money you send. Awful quality not what was pictured.
Please don’t waste your time or your money.
Misleading UK Website
Misleading UK Website, Refuses Return Postage for Faulty Boots
I bought a pair of “waterproof” orthopedic boots from Shoes Outlet which has a UK domain and London address. The boots arrived leaking and are clearly not waterproof as advertised. When I asked for a return due to the defect, they insisted I pay for postage to send the item back to China! I requested a return label, but they refused, ignoring UK consumer laws that protect buyers from paying for return postage on faulty goods. This is misleading, and I feel scammed by a company presenting itself as UK-based. Be cautious if you buy here—poor customer service and misleading location information.
Waterproof boots leaked first time of wearing
I purchased these boots specifically as they were advertised as being waterproof. The advert included a video of the model standing in water and splashing around.
The first and only time I have worn these boots, it wasn't even raining - the grass was just wet from dew, but my feet were soaking wet after a few minutes.
Although the boots are comfortable, I am extremely disappointed that they are not waterproof as advertised, and let the smallest amount of water in.
Would not reccommend. 😠 ⭐️- - - -
Beware, Waterproof boots definitely not Waterproof
I bought a pair of boots that were described as waterproof. I walked on wet grass on the first day and my feet were soaking wet, they are no way waterproof. I contacted them asking for a return address and refund as I felt they were misrepresenting the boots as they are definitely not waterproof as advertised. They offered me a 20% discount, then a 30% discount. They did give me a return address in China but the postage would be too much. Absolutely awful, how can they get away with this. I paid £24.99 for these, plus £4.99 postage, not realising they were coming from China. I had to wait a while for them to arrive. Also i have seen the exact thing on Temu for about £6. Not a good experience and at present still waiting for the refund, they said if I accept a 30% refund they would process it immediately, but even though I have emailed them several times, no sign of a refund.
Worried at previous reviews but my reality so much better
These boots came up on my Facebook feed and on a whim I ordered these boots as they were just what I was looking for (easy to slip on and off, warm and waterproof and navy blue) . As soon as ordered I thought I should just look at reviews (wrong way round I know!) and as soon as I read all the negative reviews my heart sank thinking I had just thrown my money away.... but they did arrive within the week and I have to say that I am really delighted with them. They are warm and comfortable, easy to slip on and off and I have actually held them under a running tap and they do seem to be waterproof so can't fault them at all !! So wanted to balance out some of the negativity.
Ordered a pair off boots on the 22 nd…
Ordered a pair off boots on the 22 nd October Money been taken from account .Never heard a thing since
Terrible service
I ordered. Pair of size 4 wide fit boots online, when they eventually arrived they were size 5 far too big, I also thought they didn’t look anywhere as good as shown on their ad! Since then I’ve sent numerous emails asking for a return label and a refund. The only reply I got was offering me 15% refund if I kept the boots also, if I returned it would be me who paid even though they didn’t give me return address! This company should be investigated by Consumer rights they are a disgrace! Please think twice before sending them money
Poor imitations
Poor imitations. Do not order. Wht you get is plastic versions of the real thing. And very poor quality.
