Ordered 2 sets of trainers. Took ages to come as from China! Thought it was UK based. One pair were black & supposed to be orthopaedic. Looked as if lace up but no way of opening up trainer to slip my foot in & very little give to stretch!! Very poor quality, fabric rather than leather. Very disappointed. Avoid this company at all costs.

Would give no stars if possible. Waited weeks for my order which was advertised as orthopaedic candles, to be delivered. Almost flat enough to go through letterbox and definitely no arch support as claimed in their advertisement. I wish I’d thought to check them out before I ordered as it appears I’m not the only person to have been duped. Come on Trading Standards - sort this lot out please before more people get conned.

My Mam bought two pairs of orthopaedic leather sandals. Rubbish. Plastic , flat packed and non supportive. Cannot find a way to return. DO NOT TOUCH!

This company is very fast in responding. There was a problem with the shipping and they just fixed it in such a timely manner. They responded very quickly when I sent them an email and wanted to make it right. It was a problem with the postal service not anything the company did, but yet they still went completely out of their way to make it better. I thank them!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered, shoes made of plastic very disappointed..I’ve asked for details for returning but reading the reviews it seems to fall on deaf ears..these companies should be removed from trading it’s robbery..

Why oh why did I not read these reviews before ordering my shoes?
I ordered a pair of sandals that were very reasonably priced and the advertising claimed how they fit wide feet etc. I have a small foot with a high instep and these sandals looked like they would be ideal.
After waiting 2 weeks they finally turned up!! They were smelling like glue and they did not fit over my instep and yet they seemed much bigger in the length than they should have been. I contacted them and they said I had to pay to return or settle for a £5 voucher to be used with them again!! I have advised them that Il wish to have a full refund plus I also intend advising PayPal that they should stop trading with this company as they are obviously not to be trusted! My advice stay clear of them...

I ordered a UK size 9 ladies ankle boot having seen the adverts on Facebook. I have an ankle injury and require a large size. The UK size 9 is 43 they sent me size 42 so they do not fit. The error was theirs, not mine and now they want me to pay to return cost but will not give me the address in the UK to send them to. I would rather give them away to the needy rather than pay return fees to send back to the USA. The irony is that they are Orange just like their president!

Ordered shoes, after a month no arrival when contacted customer services they referred me to tracking service, complete scam, I’m being fobbed they said order delayed maybe because of bad weather.

Often using the sales name of OUTLET SHOES This company will send you the wrong goods and you will never get a reply from them if you query the order. They sent the wrong shoe for one and in the wrong size and the right shoe but wrong size for the other. They are a scam company

My mother ordered two pairs of sandals from Shoes Outlet. When they arrived she had been sent the wrong sizes - both too big. So she tried to claim a refund, believing that the company offered free returns. Despite this shop being a 'UK' website and saying on the website they have a warehouse in London, she was told to return the shoes to.....China! At her own cost!! So even though it was their error she was left with her only option to get her money back being to spend £14 returning the items to them (the order only came to £38). I sent many emails to them on her behalf but they would not admit any blame and would not relent in covering the cost of shipping.
In the end Paypal agreed to pay the postage back to her after I started a claim, so she did get her refund without any cost to her, but this is not something Paypal do all the time.
Would never buy from this shop and it has taught my mum to check reviews before buying!

I would give zero if I could. Like everyone else on here it seems, I thought it was a uk company but find that I have to return a very sub standard pair of shoes to China by registered delivery. Trading standards have advised if I can find their Hereford address then I am entitled to send it there but surprise surprise I cannot find it. Furious with them for scam and furious with myself for falling for it.

I have requested the address to make a return numerous times and haven’t had a response. Not unusual looking at previous reviews. What a scam!

I ordered two pairs of the supposedly ‘orthopaedic’ sandals. I paid £17.95 they are now priced at £16.99!
The photos on the website page bear a faint resemblance to the items that arrived. They are badly made, the sort of item you’d find on some dodgy market stalls. I don’t purchase from China through choice due to the quality issue but when a company is listed as a .co.uk it gives a false sense of security which is why I am in the position I’m in. With two pairs of cheap Chinese knockouts! So not impressed.

Ripped off. AVIOD AT ALL COSTS. As in the long run it will cost you. Not UK based as you are led to believe. Ordered a wide fitting and they are not wide shoes as all. Says 30 day return guarantee but doesn't say that you have to pay to return shoes to CHINA and you wouldn't be a full refund but I was offered 10%. Have given them away as no use to me.

What a load of rubbish. I guess it's not worth trying to send the sandals back after reading
other reviews. £20 lost.
I will make sure I check the reviews on the website in future before buying anything else.

If I could give a Zero star I would. Very poor quality, sent wrong size, returned to address on package as no address at all on website. Very difficult to get hold of.
Because I sent back to address on parcel will only offer 50% refund because they say it’s not the correct place!! Parcel delivered to UK address UB2 5LF

What a load of rubbish, ordered a couple pair of sandles, they are the cheapest looking I've ever seen, the stitching has not been finished supposed to be leather but are plastic and not glued properly. Wish I could put a photo on here.

Would give 0 stars if I could! The same as everyone else! Absolutely rubbish, shoes aren't waterproof and offer no support at all. Then can't get a refund. Can't even contact someone for a conversation.

Update: offered £10 voucher that wouldn’t use. I have reluctantly accepted 20% refund.

Ordered sandals advertised on Facebook as they looked really nice.
Received orange pair instead of beige and they are really awful quality so will not be wearing them. Have requested a refund but not feeling hopeful. Will never use this company again.
