I ordered a pair of boots from this company and I'm still waiting for them, i ordered them the beginning of January and tomorrow will be 11th February, I'm still waiting you've taken my money,there is no way I can get in touch with them.

Ordered boots half a size bigger than my usual size to ensure they fit (Shoesoutlet state they are true to UK sizing so if anything should be too big), boots too small (more like a size 7). Company refused to pay for return postage for a full refund. They only offered 10% refund and keep product that does not fit. After a few emails offered 25% refund which I do not think is acceptable. I priced up postage and over £20 so will loose out either way. Website states 30 day returns so thought return would be ok but not.

Late delivery. Approximately three weeks! Even though I paid for express service. When I tried to contact the company by email using provided customer support, the email bounced back, So overall I would not order from this company again.

Ordered a pir of leather outdoor boots what arrived was cheap nasty smelling plastic utter scam not a UK based company and quality is total rubbish do not use!

Received the wrong size boots from what I ordered, contacted the customer services to ask how I go about returning the incorrect item and get a full refund only to be told I would have to pay for the freight charge (to china!! Which would have been over £20!!) and won't be included in the refund!! Even though it was THEIR error for
sending the incorrect size! Also whenever I
put this as a comment on their Facebook
ads, the comment keeps mysteriously
"disappearing".
for anyone being told they have pay for the return cost even if you've received the wrong item (which includes wrong size) it's in the consumer right act that you are entitled to a full refund/or exchange and the seller takes responsibility for the return fee by either sending a prepaid label or arranging a collection! so put in a dispute with your card holder.

Still waiting for order to arrive. No reply’s to my emails. There is no other way to contact them other than the email address they give and do not reply to. Wish I had read the reviews before I purchased (2 pairs) of trainers.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - AVOID
they claim to be in the UK, shoes are faulty, not the true size. I have to pay to return outside the UK which is going to cost me more than the shoes. They offered me a bit of a discount for shoes that are faulty and they wont cover the return cost

I will not be buying of here again as they never got the order right I was going to send them back to told me it was going cost to much but wanted me to send them back at my cost when it was there mess up in the first place I've asked for a refund & not even got half the money for one pair am so annoyed so please don't buy of this site.

The shoes smelt so bad I had to double wrap them and were poorly made and didn't fit. Asked for a refund and they would only offer 15%. I said I was entitled to a full refund and they offered 20% but refused to refund full price or provide a returns label. They were rude in the emails and in my opinion nothing but scammers.

I ordered orthopaedic shoes size 6 .. when they came it said size 6 on the shoes but were actually a 4.5 .. cannot get refund and cannot send them back as need to go back to china even though they came from a uk address

Terrible quality of workproducing sandals and material. No indication of origin of goods or very long delivery time. Returns have to be paid for by customer TO CHINA.

Wrong shoes, wrong sizes. No help from customer service. This company is a FRAUD., absolutely! I will try to dispute the charge with my Visa.

I ordered size 7.5 and they gave me size 9
they were badly made and when i tried to return them
they want me to pay for ship to china, do not order anyhing from this company

Not in the UK and have no clue when item will turn up. Wish I had checked review page first. They sent me tracking which actually also send you to fake Google scam page getting, telling you that have won a free prize, phishing for all your personal info!

Just received my order today- terrible quality do not order anything from them, cheap shoddy goods

Shoes took 15 days to arrive but were poor quality and far too small.Asked for a refund under their advertised "free returns" but was told I had to pay postage to China! (they use a fake UK domain)After a few emails back and forth I was eventually offered a 50 per cent refund to keep the shoes so have now lodged a claim through PayPal .Fingers crossed!

The items were not as described. They would only offer a refund if I sent the goods back to China. That would cost more than the items worth.

Do not buy from this shop under any circumstances

After numerous emails of complaint I was given a 10% refund

Absolutely awful 😖 complete waste of money ..this company should be investigated as they are getting money from people for little more than trash !

Ordered size 6.5 and was sent size 8. I paid $69.97 for three pairs of shoes. They offered a 15% refund, discount on next purchase and I don't have to return the shoes. I don't think so! Wrote them and told them I refused their offer. We'll see what happens.
I just clicked on their website, it doesn't exist 🙄
