The delivery guys not understanding…
The delivery guys not understanding English language,they were tired and I took most of the bedframe to the bedroom ,they damaged backside of the bed frame with knife to access the screws places ,they not took any rubbish out to bin it ,very unfriendly and not enough experience in their job .

SGK were excellent, I was given the date and a timeframe of when my delivery would arrive, they kept me up to date as they had a delay. When they did arrive they were both very pleasant and delivered my items with care. Very happy with their service

No problems at all.
I ordered my mattress and was told it would be delivered within 2 weeks which was spot on. I received a delivery Email from SGK with a date and time that was not convenient, so we rearranged for the next day. Just had the delivery now with no problems. Two very pleasant young men who took their shoes off to protect my carpets. They took all the packaging away for me.

A good delivery service, but one thing left me feeling uncomfortable
Overall, I was really happy with the delivery service from SGK Distribution Ltd. I was kept well informed about the delivery and the driver’s journey, he arrived on time, and he was very friendly and polite throughout. The flooring was brought inside through my doorway, and the service itself was great.
However, there was one thing that left me feeling a little uncomfortable on reflection. I had put my two French Bulldogs outside while the flooring was being brought in. The driver was by my side gate and asked if he could have a look at my dogs, and then asked if he could take pictures of them. At the time, I didn’t think much of it because he had been friendly, and I agreed without giving it much thought.
It was only afterwards that I started questioning it and wondering why he wanted pictures of my dogs. I can’t say what his intentions were, and I’m not accusing him of anything, but as a dog owner, I did find it a little strange and concerning when I thought about it afterwards.
It’s a shame because, apart from this, the delivery experience was very positive. I would recommend the delivery service itself, but I do feel it’s worth mentioning this experience, as it left me with mixed feelings.
